Be prepared to pay to cancel

I'v never ever had to pay a company to cancel an account which I didn't realize I "joined" when asking for assistance on my Keurig, which ended up getting burned out.

Cancellation of Total AV

I have cancelled Total AV a number of times and received letters from you confirming that the subscription has been cancelled.
Yet I am still being charged despite your so called intervention cancelling.
I have lost quite a lot of money between you and Total AV.
Why are Isla charging me twice?
That's the fourth time.

I am still trying to cancel my subscription

I am still trying to cancel my subscription and it has been a month now. You keep taking my money and I don't have that money. PLEASE STOP NOW ..I even paid for the supposed letter to cancel and now 2 months later it's still not cancelled. It's like a nightmare I cant wake from. I have tried everything..PLEASE HELP ME

This is a scam business

This is a scam business - originally discovered through paid search on Google accidentally and my mother in law is being charged 3x for this service that's impossible to cancel. Tried logging in, and takes you to a page does not exist.

This company is going down with lawsuits. Get ready you scumbags

I felt like I was tricked into buying this I was just trying to cancel my RoKu subscription and it went to this and before I knew it I had subscribed to yet another thing. Not a good experience

Went to cancel a subscription, was routed to Xpendy to send a letter for which I got charged. Then received an email from the company whose subscription I wanted to cancel directing me to cancel myself on their Web site, another delay and effectively a wasted fee paying xpendy to do the cancellation, yet still having to do it myself. AS xpendy haven't achieved what I asked them to do, they should refund my fee.

XPENDY FARCE

I paid XPENDY $14.95 on December 29,2025, to cancel my membership to FUBO TV….I have been waiting for FUBO to notify me that my membership account has been canceled entirely….As of today, February 17, 2026, I have received a new monthly charge on my credit card for a new month of service from FUBO…I will pursue the closing of my FUBO account on my own and see what recourses I may have against XPENDY
