I advised them to cancel a regular payment but it is still showing up in my bank account. They charged me for nothing. Absolutely rubbish.

This is a scam business - originally discovered through paid search on Google accidentally and my mother in law is being charged 3x for this service that's impossible to cancel. Tried logging in, and takes you to a page does not exist.

I felt like I was tricked into buying this I was just trying to cancel my RoKu subscription and it went to this and before I knew it I had subscribed to yet another thing. Went to cancel a subscription, was routed to Xpendy to send a letter for which I got charged. Then received an email from the company whose subscription I wanted to cancel directing me to cancel myself on their Web site, another delay and effectively a wasted fee paying xpendy to do the cancellation, yet still having to do it myself. AS xpendy haven't achieved what I asked them to do, they should refund my fee.

I paid XPENDY $14.95 on December 29,2025, to cancel my membership to FUBO TV….I have been waiting for FUBO to notify me that my membership account has been canceled entirely….As of today, February 17, 2026, I have received a new monthly charge on my credit card for a new month of service from FUBO…I will pursue the closing of my FUBO account on my own and see what recourses I may have against XPENDY
