Will take your money but not send goods

Fraudulent company which has next to no communication. I ordered a bike part on March 23rd and I got no communication when said part would arrive. It is now July 30th and STILL no response! I emailed the company on 6 April and IT TOOK THEM 36 DAYS TO RESPOND WITH "oh the item is on backorder".

I have made a claim through my credit card for lack of service and XP Sport didn't even respond to that! Hopefully the credit card refunds me and strikes off being in business with this company as whoever is running it is a con artist.
