FAST DELIVERY!
I needed prototypes machined with short lead time, we did not have the capacity in house. The validation test for these parts kicked off a day after they arrived. I was really glad to get this tested started, it would not have happened without these machined prototype parts.

Bait and Switch
No, no, no, no, no.
BAIT AND SWITCH.
Second order, identical to first (two months prior), was nearly double the price. Eager customer service clerk assured me I'd selected different materials. No, I didn't. Replied to clerk with screenshots of the two orders, and customer service fell silent. No response.
Recently tried again, this time using an international vendor option promising roughly two-week turnaround. Within a few days, order is delayed by over a week.
Xometry does not get a third chance. Plenty alternatives; China has never let me down. Too bad. Quality was good first time. Last time.

Good speed cost and quality for injection molded parts. DFM process allowed me to respec material based on analysis. Where tight tolerances were required, xometry worked with me to do mold changes to tune the parts. I would recommend this service. Great communication after po was placed.
