Withdrawal not received
This is a formal warning regarding my unresolved withdrawal issue with XM.
I submitted a withdrawal request on 4 March, and to this day, the funds have not been received. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and live chat, I have only received vague responses such as “please wait,” with no concrete timeline or justification.
XM has also failed to provide any verifiable payment proof or transaction confirmation, which is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the safety of client funds.
Such conduct is unacceptable for a regulated financial broker and may constitute a breach of financial compliance and client protection standards.
If my funds are not released immediately, I will proceed with formal complaints to relevant financial regulatory authorities and initiate further legal action without any additional notice.
This review serves as a public record of my experience. I strongly urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with XM.
