I have been trying to reach customer services at XL Moto for the last 2 days with no response. Very bad customer care I would not recommend using this company!!

Your 10xl is a joke. I have a jacket I bought in USA 2XL and it's bigger. The one I bought from you is tight but it will have to do.

There's no way to know if your order is on time or delayed. There's no contact phone number. I ordered a complete motorcycle kit from them (jacket, pants, gloves and boots), they failed to deliver on time. In fact, the status never changed from "Ordered". I though I could give them a call, but hey, nope! There's no way!
I sent them an email asking about the status of the order. No response after a day. I then sent them another email to cancel my order, which they complied. Never bothered to update me about the delivery. They don't care.
Their website is good, they make it seem like they're a legit company but nope. Stay away, I know the offers are tempting, but you'll never get them delivered in time. Also, you can't ask for any updates.

Good product, good value for money

I have bean in store in Hägersten in Stockholm 2 times. Althou ther wos 2-3 persons each time noubody wos service mindet att all. Everybody wos arogant and have nou interest to help my to find right size for whoul gear set for witch i spend 9500 sek. Just left my with mesurement strip withaut enny assistanc att all. I Felt like they did not wont my monney and they did not apriciate thet I choose they shop for spending my Hard earn monney. I did not recomend this shop do to poor and bad costummer service.

I like Xlmoto in general but I have twice gotten parts that don't fit my bike. The last time it was a K&N airfilter. Instead of sending the correct filter to the nearest physical shop (which I pass more or less every day), I have to go through their return process. That includes sending the part to Poland or some such place, and then wait for them to send me the correct part. They f-ed up and should have made an effort to get me the correct part as quickly as possible, instead they refer to "the retun process is what it is"!
The previous occation was incorrect brake pads and that time they just sent me the correct ones, no return needed (I think the ones I got were incorrectly manufactured).

Easy and quick to choose the right product and swift delivery. The aftermarket mirrors work well and seem to be well built. They are sitting on my son’s Duke and we’ll see it goes!

First time the parcel never arrived to the transporter...
Then they say that they resent it but it did not happen until i asked again another time. I got the parcel weeks after the due date... I never get any information unless i beg for it.

HERE COMES THE FUNNY PART !

They spoke themselves about a commercial gesture, i asked them to cover the return cost for one part of the order.
They refused.
Instead they gave me 15% off the next order... To use within 15 days !!!! :)
