I made 2 orders on the same day...one…

I made 2 orders on the same day...one arrive and the second one nothing...I try to contact the support and magically they don't reply, or when they do is like we are checking

I requested a full refund and nothing

I love bikes, but this is not a store that I will order again for sure....you have more stores around the world...this maybe with a call or a proper reply to email can be solve but just for the lack of everything is not worthy
