This is the second Simpson helmet I have ordered from XLMOTO and both came with a pin lock and both came within days of ordering. Will definitely be using them again!!!

So i bought a pair of coarse aramid black denim biker jeans of you in 2025.I liked them so much i decided i would buy anther pair in 2026 .But unfirtunately the fitting was completely different to the 1st pair .Even though they were both 34 waist 32 leg ??Strange !

I had a premonition
I had a premonition, I was looking for a helmet as it was time for me to change, found it, and was , somehow a bit hesitant, not sure why. Anyhow, I ordered, received confirmation, money paid.
Expectations were set and I was looking forward to receive my order, however no updates were showing, no news, no contact.
So I had to reach out to enquire where was my order via link in the email received as confirmation. The day after or so, got an answer to let me know that there was an issue in getting the order from supplier or something else, and it was delayed with a new date for shipping. It would have been great if XL MOTO could have communicated the supply issue before I had to reach out if they knew.
I got my order, late, what I ordered, almost (there was a « special gift » for ordering to be added to my order that never came), never mind.
Product is good, I like it and fit great, looks good too, shame that communication was poor.

Good but not much
The helmet is good, but it is not comfortable. Especially at speeds of 50 km/h or more, you can hear wind coming from everywhere. The wind noise affects your hearing, and you cannot talk using Bluetooth because you won’t be able to hear anything

The quality of the clothing was…
The quality of the clothing was excellent amazing for the price but unfortunately I had to send them back as the sizing was small . So make sure you size up . But i will be ordering again .
