I have spent months trying to resolve some service issues related to my laptop. I send an email and get three different replies saying three different things. Mostly, they say that they will refer the matter to someone else. Always, always, always passing responsibility to fix the problem. Days have dragged into weeks have dragged into months and still I have no satisfactory response from Xcom and no idea when the matter will be resolved. I feel I have no recourse available to me other than to vent my feelings on sites such as this. However, I am not holding my breath that even this will prompt them to finally take some action in my case!
