Bottle arrived smashed...no response from XIX
Bottle arrived smashed - Royal Mail marked as undeliverable on their PDA. Contacted XIX to get a replacement sent, advised will get a reply within 24 hours.
4 emails later, over the course of 10 days. No vodka. No response. Having to report via Bank to get money back. So disappointed, and doesn't reflect well on the Sidemen brand even though this is no doubt outsourced entirely.

Scam casino emails that I keep blocking and reporting as spam but they still appear. Now sending scam emails from socialInfoTwinkl. A persistent and highly determined scammer.

Absolutely fantastic vodka
Absolutely fantastic vodka. The hype was defo worth it in this instance. It’s extremely smooth and no hangover the next day! I have defo switched from Grey Goose 4 x distilled to XIX 5 x distilled as it’s worth it - tastes so much better and no hangover!So happy with it I bought my friends some for Christmas this year too!

Order placed 30th Jan, tracking ID says they're waiting for the parcel to be handed over!
Contacted customer service who kindly offered to send out a replacement or give a refund, I accepted the replacement, still yet to recieve and the customer service has fell off the world as it's none existent.
