Another positive Properly experience
This is now the third time that the Properly team has helped us to find new space. Workplace is massively important to us, and they've taken the time to understand us and our plans, and helped us at a few key stages of our evolution as a company. Far more than a broker - they helped us to think strategically about our requirements in the short and longer term, and we will certainly using them again as we look forward to outgrowing our new home.

Properly helped in our search for a new Mayfair based office. They listened carefully to our initial requirement and brief then pulled together a meaningful and relevant shortlist. This saved both considerable time and effort on our part and resulted in us choosing our new office. They were a pleasure to work with.

Above and beyond
We have worked with several office brokers in the past and never had this sort of attention to detail and caring attitude. Our office space is exactly what we needed and the price was beyond our expectations.
