Best experience ever!

I had the pleasure of working with Cole Tuplin, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his help! He assisted me with everything from fixing my graphics card to troubleshooting issues I was having with my PC. His knowledge and expertise were top-notch, and he made sure to explain things clearly, ensuring I fully understood each step.

Cole also helped me set up my fan RGB lights, which was something I had no idea how to handle. He was incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process, and went above and beyond by providing pictures that made it easy for me to follow along. His communication was clear and easy to understand, which made a potentially confusing process much simpler.

What truly stood out to me was how genuine and passionate Cole was. He didn’t rush me, answered all of my questions, and really made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. Affiliate not paid.

I've been sending customers their way for awhile, finally got an affiliate account, got some funds in the account and after waiting a very long time to be able to request a payout. I finally was able to request to be paid, then I watched the account drained of all the funds and a notif saying I will receive the funds soon.

The issue is that they don't have my banking details or any of that. Never was asked, and I sat on their support phone for a couple hours. Not once did they pick up, just sat there listening to some Lo-Fi music. Before anyone asks, yes, this was during their business hours.
Edit: 1.6.26 Sent another email. Pending still.

I have been having computer issues and…

I have been having computer issues and had to send it back for repairs. Initially Jorell helped me. He was amazing an kept in contact with me through the whole process and made a long repair much more bearable. Thank you Jorell! Unfortunately, my pc was damaged in shipping and the gpu failed upon arrival. I sent it back in and called today to follow up. Aspen helped me and was also great. He took the time to look into all my questions, even finding the damage on the side panel that had been missed and securing a new side panel for me. I really appreciated his patience and followthrough helping me out today. Thank you both so much!!

The initial experience is great

The initial experience is great, it does feel like a superb system, and most of the parts are not generic. HOWEVER, the vid card was PYNY not exactly top of the line, and i did the build chaotic, and rather jammed together anywhere they could hide it. After having a 4600 custome PC for 3 years, the AIO went out. They did replace it, with a used product and sent it back not very well protected and as far as I can tell within 2 months of recieving it back the motherboard went out. I have a feeling that proper thermal paste and conection was not done when the AiO was replaced but If I check myself it voids there warranty. another 150 to send it back and perhaps purchase an entirely new mother oard hoping everything fits. I want it known that the PC Im writing this review from Is an 8 year old alienware that cost me 1000 dollars LESS than my Xidax and I have never had to even do a deep clean on my Alienware, I have cleaned my Xidax due to obvious airflow issues monthly. Do not buy forom them, stick to a local builder you can take it to or a big name you know will not screw you in the long run, Xidax is not worth the price tag, headache, or short term gains. Read all the fine print, and know that there trade in program isn't actually to help upgrade your system its to help them get new customers from the sales guy himself... stay away!!! There is no top tier sales experience, yes the tech difference is there, but if the thing never works, whats the point?

Windows 11 upgrade

I recently did an upgrade to Windows 11 and my machine started crashing. I contacted support and Aspen go me up and running in no time. I'm not a gamer but a futures trader. My machine is almost 5 years old and Xidax has been nothing but wonderful to do business with.

I bought a computer from them

I bought a computer from them. Windows usb disk blank. Installed the wrong motherboard. Disks they gave me didn't load. I really believe they built me a part computer. Spare parts to build a new one = 100% profit. = fraud.

This is my first purchase with Xidax

This is my first purchase with Xidax. I needed dinner assistance with hard drive enclosure info. The person I was working with (Aspen) called me back even though the time was over hours, collected my details for the issue and promptly got back to me the next day via text. He gave me clear instructions and showed me how to resolve my issue and was very responsible and helpful.
