I bought my computer back in December…

I bought my computer back in December 2025, considering when I bought I got it pretty good time. Fast forward to today one of my cooling fans was making a noise and Aspen Y. Was very helpful in troubleshooting over the phone to fix the problem. Turned out the sticker was coming off and was rubbing the bottom of the case. Thank you Aspen Y. For the help. Will buy again from Xidax

The company has made me very happy they built me my dream pc and with the help of Andrew leddy with the build ideas and checking what I wanted making sure it would mesh good and aspen and Elijah they have ran me through some things I was not quite sure about doing and some hiccups I ran into backing up from my pc and helping me figure out how to fix it and any technical questions have been answered with good understandable detail I appreciate the whole team and think they are doing a great job I will always recommend anyone to chose a Xidax pc. Great job guys I appreciate everything more than you know.

Awesome customer service

Aspen helped me out with my brand new pc. My issue was the pc wasn’t displaying on my monitor. With 3 easy guide links, problem was solved. Responded quickly to my emails.

Xidax sales (Andrew and co) staff were patient with all my questions, were patient with how prolonged I had to make the buying process and when the pc arrived intact, tech support (Aspen) were an immediate help. I couldnt ask for a better experience buying a prebuilt pc. These stars are definitely earned.

Customer Service Experience

While trying to get a hold of Xidax on the phone proved to be quite the challenge, reaching out on the chat system connected me with Aspen and they were quick to help me figure out why the PC I ordered on 2/19 still had not shipped by 2/24. She quickly resolved the issue and communicated effectively with me on what was being done.

My experience with Xidax’s affiliate program has escalated beyond a simple payment delay.

My experience with this company’s affiliate program has escalated far beyond a simple payment delay.

As of today, $465.36 in earned affiliate commissions remains unpaid without any clear contractual or policy-based justification.

The orders in question were:

Valid

Properly tracked

Generated through legitimate promotional efforts

There has been:

No documented violation

No formal dispute notice

No policy citation explaining the withholding

When a company retains earned commissions without transparency, it raises serious concerns about compliance, commercial integrity, and good-faith partnership obligations.

The continued lack of resolution only deepens those concerns.

All communication records and transaction evidence have been preserved. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with further escalation, which may include:

Filing formal regulatory complaints

Seeking legal consultation regarding contractual enforcement

Notifying affiliate networks and commercial partners

Expanding public documentation of this case

At this stage, the issue is no longer about $465.36.

It is about accountability and whether affiliate partners are treated fairly and transparently.

I strongly advise current and potential affiliates to evaluate risk carefully.

This will be my second purchase from Xidax and they are top notch professionals when it comes to helping you out with your order one of the best things they do is making sure you are satisfied as a customer I only recommend a Xidax PC if your a serious gamer who takes pride in the quality of your parts get your rig from Xidax there are some very good technicians working on your rig and I wouldn’t place my trust in any other company as far as prebuilt gaming rigs they were ahead of the curve years ago and till this day ..
