Great shoes and great service! I got a few pairs of the original Denvers on sale to last me between work and everyday use and they held up great. My only complaint was that when I tried the waterproof... See more

The Genesis women's sandal arrived two days after ordering via DPD. I liked that minimalist packaging was used for transit of the sandals. They're instantly comfortable and easy to adjust and have sufficient width for my wide feet. The only thing I would note is that I can clearly feel the plastic stud underneath that is holding the toe thong in place. I ordered the Xero women's size UK 7.5/EU 39.5/US 9 which fit well, after returning a UK 6.5/EU 38.5/US 8 H-Trail (to another company selling Xero products) that were too small.
I am an old customer of Xero since 2019 and loved using their sandals and shoes until now-
I purchased a Xero sandal, delivered in Mar 25, and with about 10KM/week usage the sole degraded so badly, I was getting foot pain. In late June / early jul when I wore to them I had used it for 150-160Km (100 miles) which is 2% of their 5000 mile warranty.
When applied for a claim under their website, they said this wear and tear is normal and they will give a discount on a new pair, no replacement.
The 5000 mile warranty is meaningless if they are saying that after 150-160km (~100 miles) the wear and tear is normal. A sandal that wears out irrespective of gait / posture with only 2% of its original intended design is not NORMAL. It’s either a designer’s fantasy calling it 5000 mile or it’s most likely a marketing gimmick.
I understand how business change over time and how customers fade away. This is one such moment, it was great wearing Xero all these years, good bye.

I love the quality and fast service by Xero Shoes. I frequently recommend this company to my friends.
The shoes are very pretty, which is the shame of it. The sizing is wildly off though. I've been measured at Clarks recently, so know with certainty what size I am. Anyway, could barely get my foot in these! You could see the shape of my big toe from outside the shoe, as it strained to break free. I returned for a refund, as the item was obviously defective. However they would not refund the postage, which is against the consumer code, as they were the ones at fault. It's only £6, but still, I've essentially been charged for the pleasure of being inconvenienced. Will stick to Hobibear in future.

I ordered a pair of xero shoes in the sale and paid for delivery. I ordered a size 4 which on receipt I discovered is a EUR 36. But standard sizing for UK4 = Eur 37. I now have to return the shoes as they don't have my size for an exchange, and now will be deducted the delivery fee again! I feel annoyed that I have had to pay the delivery fee twice for the privilege of trying on the wrong sized shoes! I won't be purchasing shoes from xero again.

I bought the WP low scrambler and after just a couple of months using, the mesh starts to tear/break.
As it should be in there 24month warranty, I contacted Xero shoes but they have a ridicules way of handling complaints.
You have to cut the lid and send a photo, wich make the shoes unusable. I suggested donating them to someone that can't afford shoes, but you somehow need to send a proof of that (how can someone proof a donation to family or friends in need?)
Also, I need the shoes myself until the substitute shoes arrive, as how am I gonna walk in wet surfaces without the only WP shoes I have?
Xero shoes don't care about that and can't fix the problem in a normal, customer friendly way. They seem to not trust their customers or something. A bad product is a bad product and should be replaced or refunded, without any inconvience for the customer.
Never Xero shoes again for me and I'm deffinitly spreading the word to my friends and family. Lost all trust in the quality and customer service.
Best barefoot shoe brand! Great and now very contemporary designs. Unfortunately, a return now costs €7.50 flat rate. This certainly makes sense from a mathematical point of view, but could certainly be arranged more transparent. As the fit of the shoes always varies slightly, the return fee is a real game changer.

Customer service is a joke id you're trying to return something. Plus i thibk they are really overpriced shoes for the quality they have

Just don't!
Very poor quality made in China.
I bought the Scrambler low on May 8, 2025. Four weeks later I contacted customer service because the profile of the sole was almost finished. And it looked like it woud not last a few more weeks. Now on June 16, 2025 the shoes have holes on the top and the profile of the sole is finished around the heel.
They want to make you believe that you can get a quality shoe with a price tag of 160€ reduced to 80€. But €30 would be far too much. I used the shoe for daily dog walks and four hiking tours in the mountains.
There is a 5000 Miles gurantee, that means you can pay for the same shoe again.
"As outlined in our policity , we can replace them at 60% of off the full retail of the shoe." THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
Poor quality and bad for the environment if you have to buy new shoes every 2-3 months.
I really can not understand the good reviews. I think the video reviewers on their webpage are paid, nobody walks more than a season in these poor quality shoes. They should instead of working on the quality of their shoes.

The sizing on the website (EU) is a joke. The only information you get is that its ”true to size”. I was skeptical but I still purchased the normal size that I have. Turns out the Xeros shoes are about 2 cm shorter than my current shoes in the same size (I measured the insoles to get a more accurate comparison). Its width is merely 1 mm wider than my current shoes that are not made to be wider than normal. I loved the thought of these shoes but since the size was way off I had to return them. And I did not want to get stuck ordering the wrong size again and then exchange them again and ordering the wrong size again and so on since there were no legit sizing chart… The 2 cm difference is huge, how would I even know how many sizes to go up if there is no legit sizing chart with measurements? I know for sure that it would not be enough to size up by only a half or one whole size for that difference. All in all I am disappointed in the lack of sizing chart since the shoes are clearly NOT true to size. Other that that the shoes looked nice and felt like it could be comfortable if they would have fit my feet.

10/10 PERFECT for everything
This is my 2nd pair of xero sandals and I am obsessed. They are all I wear. The Z-trek can be worn in the water, so I wear these with everything. They fit right into my capsule wardrobe and go well with all of my clothes. And I also wore them in the ocean in Turks and Caicos as my water shoes. These are the best shoes :’) I have no foot pain at all, and love how thin they are. They recommended to size down because they are 1/2 size larger than others. In these I got a 7, and I am an 8 regularly. They fit perfect. And I get compliments every time I wear them! A coworker bought herself a pair after seeing mine! Couldn’t recommend enough.
These are amazing shoes, and the small company does a great job with customer service and returns.
Poor quality product. I bought a couple of pairs of mens shoes last year and it was fine for the first 6 months, after which the inside of the shoes started peeling off even on regular use and with proper care. The shoes themselves were expensive and so I presumed they sold quality product, but it did not seem like that. I then made a request to help with a repair, but they came back saying they do not repair the product. At that point the shoes were less than 2 years old, so I asked them even if it does not come under warranty (which it should), can it be repaired so I don't have to waste it to a landfill, but they came back with a counter offer of 30% on the next pair of shoes which I felt was not the proper solution, they were indirectly forcing me to throw away a pair of shoes for new ones. I am not sure how they could have a business model like this selling into Europe where there is a right to repair legislation and 2 year warranty period. I would not recommend the product for its quality (I could get similar pair of shoes for much cheaper from other common brand stores) and the logistics around it if the shoes get bad after 6-9 months.

Great products, great customer support. I’ve been purchasing their shoes and boots for years, and their comfort and durability ensures that I’ll continue to do so. They’re really the most comfortable shoes ever!
I am very pleased indeed with the Kelso shoes. These are my second pair of Xero shoes and I am impressed with their quality and comfort. FYI, I do find that that both my pairs of Xero shoes fit snug. I wear a size 9.5 and originally order the Kelsos in that size. I had to return them for size 10 and those fit great. If you are pushing the boundary of your shoe size, I would recommend sizing up half a size. Great shoes. :)
Hiking boots that are comfortable from day 1. Love the Scrambler Mid II. My body in general is less achy after a hike with these shoes.
I was introduced to “barefoot” footwear this year and subsequently did my research. Like most people, I have lived my life wearing traditional footwear, but found the research on natural/barefoot footwear intriguing, so I bought a pair of Xero Genesis sandals. I followed closely the advice given by Podiatrists regarding transitioning/acclimating to barefoot footwear, and I am now a “disciple”. The Xero Genesis sandal is perfectly comfortable and perfect. I walk to work everyday, which is 5 miles roundtrip, and these sandals make this walk so much more enjoyable; I’m sincerely amazed with just how comfortable these sandals are. I have been so enthusiastically impressed that I exuberantly binge purchased eight more pairs of the Xero Genesis sandals (love LOVE the colours), hahaha. Lastly, I don’t think I have had a better experience with another company—customer service wise—in my life; these folks are just salt-of-the-earth awesome 😊😍🥰
Great sandals from a great company. They’re comfortable and look cute too!
I think the products are pretty good. I don't like your exchange policy, however. AND I would remove the 5,000 mile guarantee as my first pair of running shoes were well under 1,000 miles before serious sole wear. I woud enjoy more input into your designs as I am a serious professional user of your products, meaning i wear them for work.
