I regret ever purchasing this script and its plugins. From the beginning, nothing has worked as advertised. The plugins are broken, the script is unreliable, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, there has been no real customer support.

For over 3 months I have been asking for help and a refund, yet the seller only gives excuses and false statements instead of taking responsibility. They keep pointing to others, but as the seller, it is their duty to provide support and honor refunds — which they have failed to do.

This shows a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. I can say with confidence that this is a dishonest and untrustworthy seller. Buyers should be very careful before spending their money here, as you may end up with a faulty product and no support at all.

Worst support! Not reply after purchase waiting from months!

I bought it a few days ago, and it seems the quality is not good, support is poor, I had to wait many days to get support.

I have been following this project for many years and after a long observation I decided to invest in it after talking to the manager of chatpion, he assured me that chatpion is working and updating. But half a year after I bought it, I can't get it to start. There are endless problems here that they don't fix, and if they try to fix, bad testing causes other problems. I bought additional support for 6 months, but there is a Miraz system consultant who does not work with coding, and when he expresses his opinion, he simply does not write anything. I asked for a refund, but they simply ignore it. I do not recommend buying this code, if you are a programmer, download the nulled version and change it yourself. I feel cheated and will contact the bank and codecanyon.

I do not recommend buying chatpion because it will fail with full problems and support. All attention to botsailor, support as well. Finally, messenger and instagram functions have been moved to botsailor. Before buying, please read the comments in the chatpion want group, there is not a single satisfied customer.

The software is terrible I submitted tickets and had developers contact them for support including pictures. They didn't reply to some and others didn't provide a solution. My developers reviewed them and they are lying saying we are all one account. We all have experienced this terrible software and company so all of our reviews are valid. Please do not purchase. Waste of time and money.
