Xav is clearly very knowledgeable as he talked me through all of my options thoroughly. Soon after my consultation, Xav installed my CCTV and whilst there also fixed a problem with my sky box that their own engineers could not resolve.
As a single woman living alone, I am always slightly apprehensive of workmen visits, however Xav was nothing but professional and considerate and provided a great service. I will definitely be recommending XD-IT!

Wish we had found you sooner!! After months of back and forth with BT and two Openreach visits we are finally able to use the internet properly!!! XD-IT moved our "master socket" to a much better location, installed WiFi points throughout the house and tested everything.

Now finally getting the speeds and consistency promised by BT - will be moving our services to you just as soon as we are out of this damn contract!

These were the first to respond to an emergency call out for our site office which had lost all internet in the middle of a busy day. Engineer arrived and got us back online quickly, setting us up with a temporary solution until Openreach could visit to fix an external fault. Fantastic service with pricing to match.

I called XD-IT after I found them on Google and they were quite nearby. I had called several other companies locally who weren't interested and were particularly unhelpful. My computer wouldn't start and was booting in a weird error screen. XD-IT was great, talked me through it on the phone and he came on the same day, collected my computer and started diagnosing the problem really quickly, keeping me updated throughout the process. They were really professional and so helpful. It turned out that my graphics card was irreparably broken and needed replacing; whilst I waited several weeks for my replacement part, XD-IT let me borrow a graphics card they had spare, completely free of charge. The service was absolutely fantastic and if I ever have any PC related issues in the future, I will be using XD-IT again and recommending them to friends and family. Would not use anyone else again. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 👍 Thank you so much!

XD-IT is an excellent IT company, quick to respond to queries and able to explain technical jargon to the layman with ease. Xavier is a pleasure to do business with and always makes you feel like his top priority.

We are extremely pleased with the Security Camera system, Broadband hook up and Computer upgrades he's done for us.

Contactee as we lost all internet at home with both me and my partner relying on it for work. Came out the same day and got us going again, as well as improving the WiFi for Sky and Xbox upstairs. Would recommend and will use again should we need any help

Quickly solved all our WiFi issues through entire house, garage and garden.

Perfect solution at a reasonable price, would recommend.

Really happy with the work carried out by XD-IT. Cameras are great quality, can view them anywhere and the night vision is really decent. They installed the kit into the loft area for me which was a bonus as it keeps it safe and hidden.
