Very disappointing experience with this…

Very disappointing experience with this travel insurance service.

It has now been more than one month since I opened my request (reference number: 6946086) and provided all the documents they asked for. Despite this, nobody seriously took care of my case and I still have not received any real assistance.

According to the travel insurance coverage linked to my payment card, I should normally benefit from protection in case of trip cancellation due to health issues. However, until today, I have received neither proper support nor any refund as promised by their policy.

Communication has been slow, confusing, and highly unprofessional. I was repeatedly asked for documents that were either already provided or not even applicable to my situation.

Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage consumers to consider other insurance providers that offer clearer procedures, faster assistance, and more professional customer support.

Highly recommend XCover for event protection insurance

Highly recommend XCover for insurance. Unfortunately I need surgery and can not take part in my event. It was so easy to make a claim. Just upload the supporting evidence. Within a few days I was notified my request was successful and my full entry fee was returned into my account within hours! Fantastic service, quick and easy. Thank you.

Avoiding finalizing my claim

As of now, I have submitted all of my documents yet they continue to send me emails saying action required. However, it does not specify which action is required, and when I review my claim, all documents have been submitted. I believe they are attempting to avoid payment by sending vague messages like this, and there is no customer service or live chat. I am frustrated to say the least.

Xcover responds to every review, yet they will not respond to any inquiries on their website. They will promptly submit an auto response to negative reviews but once you try to get in touch with them based on their requests, it is silent. I believe they do this so it seems as though they are willing to remedy the situation when that is not the case.
