Excellent and Responsive Service
Excellent service. Very responsive. I submitted my claim on a Monday and by Friday it was resolved and they refunded me the full amount of the original purchase which I then used to replace the damaged product. I will absolutely purchase their protection plans in the future.

I received a package that the contents had spilled out. I immediately reached out to xcotten. It was easy to submit my claim and I received a refund within a few days. I was a bit disappointed that the shipping charges were not included in the refund.

My experience with Cotton
My experience was extremely frustrating and inconsistent.
After my package went missing, MIND YOU this all started after my package got stolen April 7, 2026 I followed every step they requested. I contacted carriers, attempted to gather proof, and even filed a police report. Initially, I was told that providing a police report would be enough to move forward with my claim.
However, after submitting everything, I was then told the evidence was still “not sufficient,” which made the entire process feel like I was being sent in circles.
Only after multiple emails expressing my frustration did a representative finally approve my claim, stating they would “make an exception” and “trust me.” This was disappointing to hear, because I had already done everything that was originally required.
In the end, I did receive a resolution a whole week later, but the process lacked transparency and consistency. Customers should not have to go through this much back and forth or feel like they are being doubted after providing the requested documentation.
I hope Cotton Insurance improves their claims process to be clearer, fairer, and more straightforward for future customers.

Our first shipment was lost in transit. I found the tracking frustrating and a little difficult. We tried several times to contact Yodel and just kept going in a loop. We contacted Honiton directly and were very lucky to find Cora in their support team. What a star! Brilliantly handled our problem with understanding, speed and efficiency. She arranged dispatch of a new battery which has just safely arrived. Really good CS! Cora is brilliant. Thank you Cora 👏🏻
