Can't recommend these guy's enough, first time I played I won a cash instant prize from 1 single ticket. Money was paid into my account within 24hrs. Have won some small instant prizes since which have all been claim promptly!

Easy to use website i entered and won on an instant win had an email straight away confirming win sent a reply to the email and the guys got straight back to me and prize was in my account.excellent communication and would recommend you give it a shot never know

I've emailed you to tell you to remove my details from yourselves I've not had a response. I entered one competition and now I get spam text messages from you every day it's ridiculous and there's nowhere on your site I can find to unsubscribe to them. I can't block them because there isn't a number attached to them.

I’ve had many frustrating experiences with X-clusive Competitions, as they refuse to honour postal entries, despite UK laws requiring them to do so.

-Postal entries are a legitimate and legal way to participate in competitions, yet they’ve ignored this option, which seems both unfair and illegal. This exclusion not only limits access to the competition but also goes against consumer protection regulations.

It’s disappointing to see a company act in such a way, and I’d advise others to be cautious when entering their competitions.
Until they fix this issue, I refuse to recommend them.

I’d also appreciate it if X-clusive Competitions could provide a response to this review and address the issue of not honouring postal entries. Ignoring customer concerns only damages trust further. I hope they take this seriously and clarify their position on the matter. Failure to acknowledge this confirms guilt.

I will also be filing complaints with the Competitions and Markets Authority and Advertising Standards Authority along with all associated evidence if I receive no acknowledgement from this company.

A brilliant team to say the least, they went over and beyond to support with a concern I had. Really responsive and a genuine company, I received my payout very quickly and a call from the team to update me on the process. Highly recommend them to anyone, I dealt with a colleague called Alfie, he’s been superb!

Great site and honest guys, I bought a ticket and won an instant win £200, they paid it within 24h and were easy to deal with!

Saw the advert on Facebook and clicked on it and came across they have a discount for new joiners so decided to join on my bus journey to work. When completing my transaction got an email saying I had won an instant prize. I sent an email to claim my prize and the money was in my bank account the same day. Great experience

Bought tickets as it was sold 60%. Last 2 mins then sold over 150 tickets at £249 each . Facebook post was deleted too Which customer questions. Watch out people

Amazing! Love the car i won and the money was transferd into my account prety quickly after recieving the car. Couldnt be happier!

Excellent company, I won the Ford Ranger Wildtrak on an instant win, contacted them and their communication and the way they handled everything was seamless. They were happy to deliver the car but I decided to go to them the next day. They covered my transport costs and picked me up from the station in a lovely RS3. The Ranger even had a full tank of fuel. I couldn't recommend X-clusive more. Also thanks for letting my son come along and see all the cars.

Don't honour the free postal entries. After using xclusive for a few years me and my girlfriend have sent in loads of postal entries as well as paid for via the website. Not one postal entry has ever been put in to a draw. After reading some reviews on here we're not the only ones with the same issue. Shady company! Luckily Rev comps have put them all through so far so that's who we use.

Complete scam. Avoid at all costs. Bought tickets for G80 M3 & days/hours later the ticket sales never changed from 7917. Never received any ticket numbers & never received a reply from them when I contacted them. Same few people commenting on their Facebook posts & all multiple winners in the last month. Horrible people that are out to Scam hard working honest people

Won a few things here and there, the staff are very responsive and get your winnings to you promptly. 5*

I won a Apple watch , with just 1 ticket at 15p.
After it was drawn I was contacted immediately by E-mail, and the prize was dispatched the next morning.

Good experience, I was notified immediately and they contacted me the following morning to ensure the prize was dispatched that day.

No waiting around or having to contact them .
