1. The team: xCloud is managed by a customer centric group of experts who are passionate about their work. Graceful and empathetic interactions of M Asif Rahman, the founder of xCloud, in the xCloud Self Hosting Community has earned my respect and made me a fan of him.

The speed at which the team releases new features amazes me. They announce a new release, a new feature, or something that delights all of their customers every one to two weeks.

Unusually positive vibe in their Facebook community, the management's outstanding attitudes, and the team's dedication have all made me fall in love with the team behind xCloud

2. The Product: Among all hosting control panels I have used so far, I find the GUI design of the xCloud panel most user-friendly. My experience of hosting WordPress websites on xCloud Managed server was flawless and did not encounter a single error. I am hosting one WordPress website on managed hosting server and another on self managed server. Both websites load superfast and have 97-99% performance score on GT Metrix.

3. Excellent Support: In the past five months of using their managed hosting service, I needed to get in touch with the support just once. A bot attack caused my cloud server's CPU usage to increase to 100%. I didn't have the required server management expertise to troubleshoot or fix it. Sheri from the Support team fixed the issue in half an hour for me and the CPU usage returned to less than 5%.

4. Unbeatable Price: I pay $5 a month for an entry level fully managed cloud server. A cloud server and the xCloud hosting control panel are included in the price. No other hosting provider on the planet, as far as I'm aware, provides a fully managed cloud server at this price. A comparable service from a competitor usually costs 200% or more.

I do not usually review products and services. I was inspired to write my first and only Trustpilot review because of xCloud's exceptional team and their outstanding product. I wholeheartedly recommend xCloud to anyone looking for a world class hosting experience.

I’ve just moved all my sites over to XCloud. Really straightforward process and when I had an issue with one migration, they were all over it and got things sorted really quickly. So far so good with XCloud.

I have encounter new server setup and contact support as i need to learn how to do it without the need to contact often.

After going through our conversation, the support has no choice but to ask me to allow her (Sheri) to access the root server to see what causing the problem.

Eventually, the new server get setup within a few minutes.

Came from Cloudways to xCloud, and wow!! Support is great, the application is amazing and super easy, integration is incredible. Definitely not looking back. And all the things they continue to add, I can't wait to see what they do!

I tried xCloud 8 months ago and although their UI/UX were great, their support was lacking big time. I decided to give them another try and I was pleasently surprised!
1. They have rolled out many important UI/UX updates
2. They released the ability to host PHP sites which made it easier for us to transfer our cPanel account.
3. They streamlined the WP migration process
4. Most importantly they listened to our feedback and invested heavily on support. Had to engage support team in several occassions via chat and ticket and they were fast to respond and provided all the assistance I needed.

As a website agency owner, I've worked with 6+ hosts, all of them have issues. I have now migrated ALL our agency and client sites to them as I love the flexibility and transparency they provide. If you tried them before and was disappointed, I recommend you definitely give them another chance, you'll be happy you did!

Xcloud is the best server solution I've had for our website aflorists.com.

Support is now "nearly" 24hrs a day. When you speak to any support memeber they are very good and seem to work on your problem only. Not like others where you feel they are doing 10 customers at a time.

I've been using xCloud for several months and really appreciate the range of options they provide, from hosting and backup services to one-click app installs like WordPress, N8N, and Mautic.
