It was very disappointing service please never sell from this platform and they will make partial payments they will give unnecessary reasons to not to pay.. Please never use this platform
What is the proof tickets are invalid did you update me same day or a day later so I could verify with the source, u replied after 15 days the ticket didn’t work which is total lie furnish the proof in review that u msg in 1-2 days of the event when tickets didn’t work , if u informed me i dont want anything, after 15 days which source will make refund

We have reviewed your ticket sales on our platform and confirmed that seller payments have already been issued for 4 of the 6 tickets sold. Unfortunately, 2 tickets provided to one customer were invalid, requiring us to source replacement tickets from another seller to ensure the customer could attend the event.
As per the terms and conditions agreed upon during the ticket listing process, seller payments are only finalized if the buyer encounters no issues at the entry gates. We apologize for the problem with the 2 tickets you sold and recommend reaching out to the official supplier to request a refund.
