I’ve been waiting for a withdrawal for a couple hours no they have not even processed it, when I ask to speak to a human I get told the waiting time is 1 day this broker is a joke and will steal your money don’t trust them

I have tried transfering money from a pamm account to my wallet and it states that the transfer has happened.
I have done this several times with no success. I have then contacted their help desk and no one replies to your questions even though you have a reciept number and the ticket is still in opened status and no response in over 2 weeks. Very dissapointing . beware people

I like:
1) They offer cTrader in addition to MetaTrader.
2) The number of currency pairs on offer is excellent.

I don't like:
1) Nobody will bother to reply to support tickets - mine has been open for 6 days.
2) I received an automated email from Anastasia a few days ago. I replied stating that nobody has replied to my support ticket. So far no reply from this lady. I do keep receiving automated emails.
3) This broker is not regulated.
4) This broker only accepts cryptocurrency payments.

Started with this firm and they offer various instruments. After several weeks, I submitted a withdrawal request. It didn't take that long, cause it's still within the time from of a work week. They also have a user friendly online cabinet to conduct transactions. If anyone looking for a serious firm to conduct business with, I give this firm triple thumbs up!!! :)

Biggest scammer I have seen in my life. I have a balance of USD 4631.34 in my account. I deposited the funds thru my Perfect Money account. Now Perfect Money stopped services in our country, so I requested them to send the funds to my USDT wallet. They agreed to send it charging 15%! I agreed.

Then, they wanted to know the source of my funds. I sent them necessary documents.

Now, my withdrawals blocked. The scammers saying that they won't allow me to withdraw my funds as I used their platform to exchange money from Perfect Money to USDT.

Just imagine. This is my own funds, not even the profits. This is how another Bulgarian scammers in the forex market scamming the investors of their hard earned money.

I am going to report it to the relevant authority. I will request all the people to stay away from the scammers.

I will update my review if and only if they send me my funds.

I use my own vps for running EAs to open orders and manually close them. fees are high, but spreads are good.
