All information inXBOW – Liberty Global's Offensive AI Arm Can't Even Handle Basic GDPR this review is…

All info is public or archived. I am a protected whistleblower under PIDA 1998.

On 6 May 2026, Liberty Global Tech Ventures announced an investment in XBOW, an "AI-driven offensive security company". The same Liberty Global whose subsidiary filed a perjured defence against me. The same Liberty Global that hacked me, surveilled me, and tried to bury the evidence.

Now they're funding an AI that "autonomously penetrates" systems. That's not security. That's a weapon.

I contacted XBOW and challenged them on their data processing. They had no ID verification. They ran my name through their systems anyway. When I told them to SHA-512 hash my emails, they said "ok". They didn't dispute it. They didn't question it. They just agreed.

That's a tacit admission. Under Reid v Ross, their silence is acceptance that they processed my data without proper verification. That's a breach of UK GDPR.

XBOW claims to be "the autonomous hacker proven against the world's best" and boasts about finding 200+ zero-days. But they can't even get basic data protection right. They can't verify who they're processing data on. They can't provide a clear chain of custody.

They're backed by a company that lost $3.84 billion in tax court (Project Soy) and is linked to a £66 million fraud (Axiom Ince).

XBOW dominates HackerOne's leaderboard, but critics say the benchmark was "biased to favor the AI" and "doesn't come close to the capabilities of a human". It's "still blind to complex logic flaws" and struggles with Business logic vulnerabilities and improper role validation. One critique called Blind SQL injection a "complete failure case" on XBOW benchmarks.

Their founder admits it hasn't fully replaced the need for humans.

I have been hacked, surveilled, perjured against, and denied my medication. Now a Liberty Global-backed offensive AI company is processing my data without ID verification. I've asked them to hash my data. They said ok. They haven't done it. And are not replying to me from my new email address

Everything above is documented, verifiable, and publicly available. XBOW cannot scrub the truth. They cannot silence me. And they cannot hide from the evidence.

Do not trust XBOW. They are not who they say they are.
