There should be something to click on thats lower than a star. I placed an order with The Range & also paid for next day delivery =6.99. The order was delivered by had 2 items missing. I then found out the item, Tassimo Pod Holder, had been outsourced to this place. After almost rubbing my finger prints off, & long story short, I ended up chatting to someone from The Range, who obviously didnt know how the gregorion calendar works. I was speaking to him on Friday 13th Feb, he told me it would be delivered by 3rd Feb!!!?????🤔, i put him right and stopped the call.
There's only been 1 person since all this started is the manager of the Bolton Branch, who couldn't believe what i was telling her. She said to go into store, & they'll ring H.O for me.
At this moment in time, the date is 15/02/2026 at 2.19pm, ive just checked and its still hasn't been dispatched to Evri yet. How do these outsourced companies get tenders to do things??? Wake up Range, & get rid of this group of idiots that clearly can't do their job!!!!

On 20/4, I ordered a game for a birthday present on the regular delivery service, which said 2-5 business days. By early May I emailed asking where it was and got a (prompt, to be fair) answer saying that they had a problem with stock and the item hadn’t even been dispatched, but that I was on a ‘priority list’ and they’d ship it ASAP. As it was, the item wasn’t dispatched for yet another 10 days and didn’t arrive with me until 15/5, by which time I had had to buy the game again elsewhere. Pretty appalling service, frankly, as I have now found myself with two of the same (which I don’t need). Will not buy from them again. The extra star is purely because they actually bothered to reply to my email and they were polite and informative - but this still didn’t detract from the fact that they took almost a month to deliver the item.

I purchased an Xbox controller for my sons birthday in may from 365 games. We realised in November it was faulty, stopped connecting to the Xbox, I emailed xbite as it is still under warranty, no replies being completely ignored! Do not order from this company! Absolute joke.
XBITE ARE DISHONEST!!!
Prior to placing my order I contacted Xbite / Ozgameshop.com to ensure that they would be able to fulfil the order. Hannah responded confirming that they would have the game in stock and would be able to complete the order. I placed the order 28 August 2024 the game was a preorder and released 29 October 2024. When the order was not dispatched on or before the release date I tried to contact Hannah again, however, Hannah did not respond. After sending multiple emails and Facebook messages, I was finally informed that “unfortunately we are still waiting for the item to be dispatched” and asked if I’d like to wait or have the order cancelled and refunded. Despite informing Hannah that I was in fact happy to wait for the order, Hannah deliberately ignored this and cancelled my order without my consent or permission. No compensation has been offered despite withholding my money from 28 August 2024 to 02 November 2024 despite obviously being fully aware that they were unable to fulfil my order. I am seeking that the second order I placed 20 September 2024 be fully refunded as I suspect I won’t be receiving this order either. I regret giving this company a second chance as I never received the order I placed 27 June 2021 as I incorrectly assumed that 3 years after that experience Xbite might have actually done something to improve, clearly this is not the case so I won’t be placing any future orders with them and caution anyone considering placing an order with them as you won’t receive it, you’ll have to fight for a refund and only end up placing that same order elsewhere so save your time and money and purchase elsewhere.
Never delivered, no reply, no refund.
Ordered my son's birthday presents from 365 as they were the only place that listed both games as 'in stock'. One arrived, but almost a week later (and after his bday), the other still says it's 'being packed'. Emailed and received no response. I will probably have to go to my credit card supplier for a refund.

I have got to say, I was incredibly nervous after reading the reviews after I'd purchased my record frames and seeing all the negative reviews.
I was shocked that my item was delivered within two days but nothing was damaged and everything was perfect!
I am hoping the company has vastly improved and made things right for those customers who haven't had the experience I've had.
Please do check my previous reviews to know I am a genuine person and not some bot or individual paid to write good reviews if they're not genuine!
Dreadful company policies
This company should not be allowed to trade. First of all I had an extremely bad experience trying to speak to someone in their customer service department, or getting them to answer my emails. I have now discovered that my attempts to contact someone had cost me a lot of money to call their phone number ie 08444 145296. This is what my provider called a Service Number, which has cost me an extra 5p per minute onto my phone account. This added a total of £7.00 to my phone bill between my July-August statement.
Not only was it frustrating trying to get answers through emails, taking 6/7 days to reply. I am now having to pay a horrendous amount for the phone calls I made to them. They didn't even resolve my issues in the end. I will NEVER use this company again, no matter how reasonable their prices are

Order a coffee maker, no goods have been dispatched and no answer to my emails. Have raised a dispute with pay pal and have referred company to action fraud.
Avoid
Ordered a noir volume styling brush for my girlfriend after quite some time had passed thought I'd been scammed so sent email after email eventually got a answer to stop mivering them as I was stopping them from posting it as it took them off their main job after nearly a month it arrived won't be using them again as ignorant and useless

Item was not received by promised due date, so cancelled the order as it was no longer needed as a planned present. A refund was promised, but they subsequently sent out the item (very late) and never processed the refund.
Customer service experience was dreadful.

Terrible experience. Ordered on 365games.co.uk was charged and received only half my order. Received an email stating I would receive a refund for the missing item along with an apology but never did get a refund. Emailed a few times over the course of the following month, still no refund. Was told there is a problem with their provider. Raised a ticket with PayPal who thankfully closed the case in my favour. WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is a shambles. I'm one of the many people who bought items online from its 365games website, only for the company to then cancel the order after they mucked up on pricing.
But getting a refund is painful. Nearly 4 weeks later and I'm still waiting for my money back.
They have broken their contract saying refunds will be paid within 7 days. They are claiming problems with Paypal, but is that because Paypal has frozen Xbite's account? They need to be more transparent.
Anyway - Xbite / 365games, you are full of excuses. Give me the products I ordered or my money back. Full stop.
