Ordered over 3 weeks ago and still have not received my item.
I tried the online chat and was told it might be with the courier or might be in customs, and was instructed to follow up myself. No tracking provided so not possible.
Stuck in limbo with no solution and no idea if I will receive my order or not
Update: I received my order today so thanks to XBR for following through. From the response I understand they are not completely at fault, but it’s very frustrating being left not knowing if order will arrive or not.
No harm done, got there eventually

Unfortunately we do not have any control over how long customs take with your order and all communication from customs would be sent to the receiver not the sender which is why we ask you to contact the courier for further updates.
