I'm really dissatisfied with your…
I'm really dissatisfied with your service. It was my first time to order products from you. I've ordered one sink and one cabinet for my bathroom renovation. Despite the expensive price, I have chosen you as I really liked the products that you have on the website compared to others. However, the delivery, return and replacement service was really terrible.
After I found the sink got delivered broken (COMPLETELY), I immediately initiated the return and replacement request and in the end it took almost THREE weeks (exactly 17 days) for me to get the new sink. The communication was very slow and not active at all. I do believe you should improve your service as much as you can. Despite the delayed schedule, there was no any action taken from the company. The service agents were very kind enough, they apologised to me whenever I called them to find out what's happening, when I can get the new sink. However, they couldn't help with me much because they also were waiting for the answer from the company like me. Your company needs to improve your service on return & replacement experience. Customers like me will never ever come back to use your service. Sorry, but I need to express my opinion with you transparently.

My experience with X2O purchase at Villa Arena was amazing. From the moment I met the sales person : Muriel, I knew, I was in a good hands and basically, because of her professional experience and great suggestions, instead of buying just a shower set, I have ended purchasing everything for my bathroom. Muriel was very professional and really patient with me- I didn't really know what I needed so step by step we figured it out. I highly recommend this store to everyone !
