I waited 6 weeks for this so called apple watch killer. Yes it works and the build quality seems ok apart from the dial but the display doesn't fill the screen which makes it look odd. instead of paying £75, you could get the same watch on ebay for £20. So my advice would be to save your money and if you want an apple watch then buy the real thing because this watch should in no way be compared to one.

I ordered an X Watch back on 11/25/19 and have yet to recieve it. The link that they gave me to track my order is not in service and has not been working at all since 11/25/19. I have several emails telling me to wait a few days for the tracker to update. I suspect that this was a scam. Don't order anything from this company!

I am very skeptical of some Reviews below, X-watch is not accept Paypal for payment, all orders paid by Credit card and if No watch sent, all customer can Chargback the money, so do you think the website owner dare to cheat at will, all here One-star reviews are merely malicious slanders from competitors.

Ordered two of these watches in time for xmas bu t still haven't arrived and no way of tracking the or.der so am going to cancel and log a complaint with paypal. I have been scammed.

Like many others on this site, I ordered this watch 15th November well in time for Christmas, just wish I had found this site sooner, tracking number sent is non existent, emails and chat on line, yes it will be with you, posted a standard message like a standard letter, memo came up was I happy with response, told them "No" their response was just a standard message not to be trusted. I was advised it would be delivered in time for Christmas. Guess what it is Christmas Eve and still not delivered, because they are a scam company. when I threatened to cancel order via Paypal, heard nothing since, I have since been onto Paypal who have raised a complaint against company and waiting to hear from them, hope they don't hold their breath. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered and paid by CC on Nov 30. They [Novads - there’s Lithuanian tag] claimed by email it shipped on Dec 3 but no delivery 20 days later and no evidence it is ever coming.
The record here looks totally damning and I have asked my CC company to begin dispute procedure.

Total scam. I ordered the watch on December 2, the email on the 4th says it shipped and will be at my door in 15 days. Well 20 days later I still cant track it. They "refunded " me 10% which I still havent seen. Dont trust this company. Had I realized it was coming from China I would have just ordered an apple watch instead.

Ordered this watch about 1 month ago. Was hoping to get it as a Christmas present. Has still not arrived. Xwatch has said it was dispatched on 3rd December and I need to allow 20 working days for delivery which will take it till after Christmas. If I had known delivery was going to take this long I would not have ordered it. If I don’t get it soon I will have to ask PayPal to get my money back.

This company is a total fraud.
I ordered the product over a month ago and have yet to receive any shipment information.
They should be prosecuted and banished from ever doing business again.

unable to change/adjust the time and date...watch did not auto sync with local time zone...so as a watch, this boat anchor is useless...

X watch, said it shipped 2 weeks ago ,but neve showed up on tracking and they said stuck in customs,and to trust them ,wow ,I am sure I'll never get watch ,and they never set it !!!!

Watch faulty. Current advice was to manually wind and wear for first 7 days which is OK but should have been made clear if they are required to do so post despatch. Sent video at their request and fault reluctantly agreed but asked to send $60. Earlier told not to send it back (customs would seize) then story changed again. Watch cost $138 + carriage $20 is at stake. No sign of reparation and even if sorted which it has not. been many hours and $158 wasted for a dud+ strap. Might get a quartz put in here as this is just a scam which devalues all and everyone. IMHO.Tempted to visit the place as few profit at my expense. I have politely explained their X - Watch business model is a poor one and they create their bad reputation first...not their customers who expect better in this day and age. If I get satisfaction I will change this advice, but the faffing about so far and the $60 asked for seems to show their business model has little to commend it. I would go there to sort this out, but it would be better if all connected cases were represented with one ambassador for their brands might be able to achieve to kill more birds with one visit. Update February 2020 a year later. I am still mad at these bozos. Did I go there? No. Did I have a quartz mechanism put in teir still OK case and strap...no. I decided watches of a replica nature are too risky..just as some websites had advised. So I spent a grand through a high street shop Alum and Sidway for an American classic very similar a Ball Railmaster and got a 35% discount. Guess what, it is running fast, but the vendor accepted it back for repair or replacement. HIgh Street shops way be part of an industry that practices all sorts of restrictive practices or cute marketing but reputation still matters at point of sale, and fit for purpose legislation applies whilst XWatch showed no inclination to remedy the fauklt once I had proved in that case. My advice..Snog..no, Marry..NO!...Avoid...yes. Plenty more in the sea. You will remember the quality when you have forgotten the price. And that has to include after sales service...X Watch seemd to have no idea how gentlemen should conduct themselves, but then again, would gentlemen live off replica watches with such long supply lines. It was like hoping for a spacecraft that would take to to the moon and finding it may have got you there, but it was never going to. get you back without some serious talking to.

I bought Hublot watch in Mar 7, 2019 from WatchCo.com. The package was send, and i got tracking number to my email. They told me to track your package three days later. I was check my package tracking number after 3 days, and it was send back to seller. I was send the email to x-watch, and ask whats wrong with parcel. Its any problems? He text me :
Sorry to say the package failed to pass the check for security,
we'll ask EMS to fixed the customs problem，

So now is 3/28/2019. and i still cant to track my parcel. And they not answer to my emails anymore. I'm very disappointed service, and dont know when will get my item. So please dont buy from this site.

The rep is no bad, not good, trusted seller however.

Ordered a Rolex Oyster that was defective on arrival. after many many back and forth emails they agreed to send me a new watch if I sent them an additional $60, against my better judgement I did and I never received another watch, lost in the system. I protested they should send me another watch and they replied that if I send them another $50 they would. Beware don't order from this company.

Baught a Breitling Replica in August, got it in October. Watch was defect, didn't work. Requested refund, but X-Watc.com insisted me paying them US$ 60 to get a new one (shipping expenses). I offered to pay once goods received and certifying the watch workes. They refused
