i put my order in then next day man called me and said i got the special promotion i said i ordered 6 and charged full price told me he ddnt see that order and said i could get the 6 for the promotion price. then i was billed for both tried email just wanted to give me more product free i did not accept that said i wanted the order canceled then the person would no longer reply to my emails. I stated in email just wanted to make sure my order was sent so would have to pay restocking fee, and that is what happen received the order today called got address to return product that person told me the special was in addition to the first order but was not explained to me got the cheaper price because of my first order. So i have to pay restocking fee & taxes and postage to send it back. I guess the 60 some dollars i lost was better that a 300 dollar bill. I never even opened the bag. The post office told me she could mark it refused but told her couldnt do that because return address is different and would not accept the return there. This is very shady for business will know never to order from you again.

This is the worst product and company…
This is the worst product and company is scam. We got the product and their website says full refund within 30 days. The cleaning product does not work at all. Our Order number is XA267702.
When we sent an email asking for refund, they replied after 2-3 back and forth emails and offered us another set of products at no cost to us. However since the product does not work we asked for full refund and later they offered only partial refund without confirming with us.
This is big scamming company and not worth spending time/ money and efforts on the product which does not work at all.
If available I could have given negative ratings.
The 30 day money back guarantee is not correct. We used only one tablet each from two different product packages and we told them that we can send back every thing to them, Total cost was more than $75 and the refund we offered was 50% at $36.05 which is not the expected.
We received following email form the customer service,

The initial shipping cost is non-refundable
Used items may affect eligibility for a full refund

Steven called me because my payment hadn't gone through. I was very pleased because I am excited to try your product. I contacted my bank to fix this which they did. Steven was extremely professional and friendly and patient. Fortunately we fixed this problem together so I'll be getting my package. I will definitely let your company know how my experience is once I try this product and I will do so because I appreciate how nice Steven was. NOTHING BUT 5-STARS!
The order was fulfilled in such a short time that I started out being impressed. Then once the product arrived I immediately put it to use and it is AWESOME! Thank you for developing this easy and resourceful cleaner! I have used it in bathrooms and on concrete flooring that had mold buildup as well. And, I plan on finding many other ways to utilize it! I especially LOVE that it is odorless! Most cleaners are so pungent but I cannot discern any odor and I do have a keen sense of smell. So, I DEFINITELY LOVE THAT FACT in addition to how EASY it is to use when removing built up soap scum in showers/bathtub and sinks.
