With order ID 77254 buyed 20EUR ROBUX for Romania.
The code provided by seller DOES NOT WORK for Romania!!!
Opened Dispute #1022, no answer, advised me to discuss with seller otherwise seller may escalate - wth, this is what I wanted escalation.
Tried to contact support team in various way, including mails - does not provide ANY feedback of any kind.
AVOID at all costs, they are just scammers!

First of all. if you get Heather in the live chat. Go out. Immediately. She really is the lamest employee a company can recruit. I've already opened a few live chats with her but apart from a HI I AM HEATHER there's been nothing....YOu have to wait Hours for an Answer... Nothing.... It's about the fact that I bought a PSN key from Wyrel for the game Hogwarts Legacy and they sent me the wrong key. I got a Key for a Mount.... nice.... i dont have the game but i have allready a Mount.... :D... Support is really something else... You don't get any help...

Wyrel can only be described as thieves…
Wyrel can only be described as thieves and liars. I have tried numerous times to get a refund for the licence I purchased. Wyrel know that I never recieved my licence but constantly pretend to contact the seller on my behalf but never do & never process my refund claim. I have spent hours and hours on their Customer Service chat but they will never give me my refund & constantly promise that it will be processed within 24 hours but it never is. Please please please stay away from this website.

Goods were not delivered on time
Goods were not delivered on time. Then requested a refund. This also did not happen. Only when a dispute was opened did the seller state that he had delivered the item. But this didn't happen and I didn't want him anymore. I haven't gotten the money back yet.

Sellers are scamming
I bought 1000 VBucks and the sign says that I'll receive a key for that product. I've got a message that was about getting my personal info (password and email) from the seller and I wasn't comfortable with that so I requested a refund. The seller deleted item and was trying to lie to me about that, that he doesn't have that money. I contacted with wyrel support and Im waiting for results.

took awhile to get item but got it in the end
Surprisingly, it actually worked. At first it seemed like a scam with the delivery saying it will be 15 mins, but due to different time regions, it took about a day. The only 2 ways the seller will give it it by either by them logging into ur main account or u can create a new account and then gift the item to ur main. note u will have to wait 2 days before u can gift in fortnite. also live chat support team isnt the best.

The seller asked for my password to my Fortnite account. of course I'm not stupid so i didn't give it to them, so i tried to refund but the website says:

every time I press the button. I've contacted support to no avail. I am waiting.
