This company is a scam artist
This company is a scam artist. They do not follow through with what they are supposed to do. However, they are on point to send you a bill. No one answers your questions, they make empty promises. Filed my company state filing wrong multiple times and you will spend countless hours trying to get them to correct THEIR mistake. Do not waste your money and time with them. There are sooo many other registered agents.

Account deletion request still unresolved after four months
I requested the deletion of my account in 2025, after I was no longer a client and had stopped using the company’s services. More than four months later, my account still appears to remain online/available.
During this period, I have contacted support repeatedly and opened several cases. I have received automated messages saying that the matter is being worked on, but I have not yet received confirmation that the account and associated profile have been fully deleted. From my perspective, the underlying issue remained unresolved.
I originally stopped using the platform because of difficulties I experienced with its customer service and technical support. Unfortunately, my experience trying to leave the platform has been equally frustrating.
This review reflects my personal experience.
In my opinion, taking this long to process a former client’s account-deletion request represents a very poor standard of customer service.
