"I took your order, answered your emails or phone calls, packed up your order, and dispatched it with DPD". NONE OF THIS IS TRUE sent via Royal Mail none of my requests not to post to close to 16thhad been read and were ignored,
"told it was his company and he will do as he wants" a RETURN ISSUED and ignored, terrible the worse I have come across and none have ever been as bad

The tarp arrived a week earlier than advertised which was excellent. Will definitely be ordering from Wylies Outdoor World again.

I placed an order with Wylies for around £100 of various kit. The same day, the owner rang me to say one of the smaller items was damaged (due to a tree falling on their storage area). Not only did the owner apologise but he also offered a replacement for no charge and he replaced it with a better item! I was very impressed with the customer service. My items arrived within 2 days. Very happy.
