I ordered my dreamwave on 8th April
I ordered my dreamwave on 8th April , I followed the tracking I was given , it said it had arrive at an airport on 14 April, no idea which one ! Then it all went downhill from here , customer service gave me a Royal Mail tracking number which says it’s hasn’t left the Australia ! I have sent 5 emails , they did reply to start with assuring me that it was on its way, it still has not arrived !! they have stopped replying to me , I’m very disappointed with the customer service, their T&Cs do say they will resend product if it gets lost in transit but as they are no longer replying , I can only presume they are lying .
I wish I had read the reviews first as
I would never have ordered from this company. £79 is a lot of money to lose
