Horrible company that literally mocked an autistic customer (I have the emails to prove it!!) No wonder they ended up shutting down with an awful attitude like that..

I absolutely love my tote bag. I would have bought more, but unfortunately things always seem to sell out quickly and are not restocked.

My lovely diagonal medium tote bag is stylish and the perfect size for my swimming things. And it's tough enough to stand being put in my bicycle pannier when cycling to the pool. No more tatty carrier bags 😀

Bought a rainbow mini messenger which I love. Good communication, delivery and the bag is a great size for everyday use. The bouncy castle fabric is great for rainy days in Scotland!

We saw the pop up shop in Newport when visiting IOW over Christmas. We loved their idea of repurposing salvaged bouncy castles and inflatables. When home we found the company online and ordered a backpack as a gift for a family member. The designs are amazing, colourful and “ happy”! The company’s ethos sounds wonderful and we were more than happy to support it. Delivery and communication were excellent too! We’ll be buying more presents!! Thank you

After treating myself to a lovely silver tote earlier in the year I just had to have a rainbow backpack and handbag to match.
Love the bags, love the company’s values and their dedication to lower their price point to make them accessible to all.

I was kindly contacted by Wyatt and Jack after my first review (1star) and we were able to discuss my order and for the company to explain the situation. I have now received the gorgeous bag. I am aware of changes they will be making to ensure that it doesn’t take as long to deliver in the future. Thank you for your call. And I will be buying from them again.

Unfortunately I still have not received my order (4wks after I placed and paid for my bag).
I have received a few blanket emails asking me to be patient and when I have tried to ring to look into the issue all I get is an answer phone message. I have been unable to talk to anyone.

Really wanted to try ordering from you as the sustainability of your products is a big selling point. Unfortunately it took 8 weeks to receive this. I missed a birthday and despite efforts to contact you received no proper apology. I won't be ordering from you again.

Had an email notification to say the out of stock mermaid bag was now in stock. Got straight online and ordered it so that worked really well. Fast delivery. Absolutely love my bag, been fancying it for a while so decided to treat myself. Love the fact its reusing old bouncy castles and I love telling everyone about it 🤩

My order took a full month to ship despite my order confirmation said shipping was supposed to be 7-10 days. The reason given by customer service was an ongoing sale increasing order numbers. After this email it was over two weeks before the order was shipped.

When the product did arrive, it was as advertised and seems like very good quality.

Another beautiful bag from Wyatt and Jack, I can't wait to use it. Perfect for cheering up a rainy, wintry day. Ideal to keep everything nice and dry.
