If it was possible to rate less than 1 Star I would! Please learn from my mistake and do not purchase from these con artists!
They advertise themselves to be based in Melbourne; however, should you require to make a return to return address is in China.
They advertise a 30 day return policy, and when I made contact to arrange a return I endured a week of nonsense in which they would cite how environmentally unfriendly it would be for me to return my item and how they would instead offer me a 10% discount to keep it ... Despite it being entirely unfit for purpose and therefore of no value to me.
Over the course of a week the same email followed - offering me a 15% and then 20% to keep their crap product.
Turns out it was a very carefully executed stalling tactic to ensure I am now outside of the 30 day return period and they can refuse to provide a refund on this basis!
