i singed up using my phone number, it asked me to confirm otp, which i did, then nothing, i havent been given an account number i can't log in to anything it says i have an account unde rthis number but when logging in it wants my account number it hasnt provided... ridiculous

I have deposited 870000 hvi token in ZT…
I have deposited 870000 hvi token in ZT exchange but my account balance is showing 0.087 hvi. Still speaking to ZT exchange customers service they said 10000000 ratio is equal to 1 hvi token. So it is cheating customer and losing our money instantly. I want to fix it
