Let me tell you of my latest order with Zorenko.
Timeline:
October 31 2022 – Ordered and paid $AUD803.81 for 2 items. Stated delivery date 28 December 2022
December 19 2022 – I contacted them regarding delivery and was advised (Your order is due to be dispatched after Christmas.
January 11 2023 – I contacted them regarding delivery and was advised Royal Mail was suspended due to Cyber Attack.
January 23 2023 – I contacted them and asked if my items could be couriered. Zorenko could do this but it would cost me another $AUD45 shipping on top of the $AUD43 I had already paid.
January 26 2023 – I contacted them and asked for the items to be Fedexed. I was advised that Royal Mail was shipping again.
January 31 2023 – Royal Mail assigned tracking number for shipping.
February 13 2023 – I contacted them because there were no updates on the Royal Mail tracking number, it had not even been received yet.
February 16 2023 – I contacted them as there were still no updates, I voiced my displeasure and advised that I needed the items for February 23 which is why I ordered 4 months prior.
February 17 2023 – I contacted them as I had heard nothing.
February 18 2023 – Zorenko advised that my items would be delivered on Wednesday 22 February – despite there still being no updates on the Royal Mail tracking website.
February 23 2023 – I contacted them as there had been no parcel delivered and still no updates on the Roya Mail tracking website which still stated that no parcel had been received.
February 24 2023 – Zorenko advised “Royal Mail have received your parcel. You can trak it on their website or via their app. The updates do appear late since their cyber attack but it is definitely in transit.” I advised that I was tracking on the Royal Mail website and it stated that there were no updates and the parcel had not been received.
I asked for photo proof of the Post Office receipt of goods only to be sent a pic of the transaction receipt on January 31. I again asked for a lodgement receipt from the post office only to be told that they collect from their studio.
February 24 2023 – Royal Mail tracking now states “Thursday 23 February 2023 17:52 – Accepted at Post Office.”
I open a Paypal dispute.
February 28 – aftger nothing from the seller on Etsy or on Paypal, I open a bank transaction dispute.
March 1 2023 – Zorenko contacts me to advise that the parcel has now moved to Northampton Peak Parcel Hub. My reply –
“You physically took the parcel to the post office the day before I needed to wear it almost a month after you paid for the shipping, and almost a month after you advised that you had taken it to the post office. If you had posted it then, it would have arrived in plenty of time. You even lied and told me that it was coming on the Wednesday when you hadn't even taken it to the post office yet. The original delivery date for this was 28 December. The event for which it was required has passed. I had to go to the expense of purchasing a whole new outfit. I also have not missed that fact that it is now too late for me to start proceedings with Etsy or to leave you feedback as it is over, OVER, 120 days since I paid you for this order. I have started a PayPal case and a transaction dispute with my bank. Your services(?) and product are no longer required and will not be accepted. You have passed the acceptable delivery date for these products. If you can recall the parcel with Royal Mail, I would suggest that you do so. I wish a full refund. If this was the first time this had happened with you and your business, it might not be so bad but this is my 3rd order with you and they have all gone the same way, I also note from your feedback that this is a regular occurrence and the norm with you, perhaps you should change the timing on your listings so as to not give people the false hope that ordering 4 months ahead, twice the time stated now, is actually enough time. Your business practices are questionable and on par with the infamous and now defunct Latex Catfish. I have, in the past, recommended your business, it is why Heidi shops with you, along with several others. I cannot, in all conscience continue to do this and will be advising all who ask me about latex designers of my experiences with you of lengthy delays and the deceptive practices in which you engage.”
I received - “Dear Customer, Thank you for your inquiry. Our studio is closed at the moment. We will respond to your inquiry next working day 11-7pm. Regards
