Good quality but arrived too late

In February we ordered a shirt for our wedding. We informed them about our wedding date (01.06.) and they confirmed that we will receive it in time. 3 weeks before our wedding we sent them a reminder and after some days we received another confirmation that the shirt will arrive in time. We don't have to panic. In the end they gave the shirt to Fedex 1 day before our wedding and sent it without express. Of course we received it 2 days after our wedding which was a catastrophe for us. The quality of the shirt is very good, that is why I gave them 3 stars. What makes me angry the most is that they always told us that it works. If they would have told us they can't handle it we would have ordered somewhere else.

Zorenko London - steer clear.

Let me tell you of my latest order with Zorenko.

Timeline:

October 31 2022 – Ordered and paid $AUD803.81 for 2 items. Stated delivery date 28 December 2022

December 19 2022 – I contacted them regarding delivery and was advised (Your order is due to be dispatched after Christmas.

January 11 2023 – I contacted them regarding delivery and was advised Royal Mail was suspended due to Cyber Attack.

January 23 2023 – I contacted them and asked if my items could be couriered. Zorenko could do this but it would cost me another $AUD45 shipping on top of the $AUD43 I had already paid.

January 26 2023 – I contacted them and asked for the items to be Fedexed. I was advised that Royal Mail was shipping again.

January 31 2023 – Royal Mail assigned tracking number for shipping.

February 13 2023 – I contacted them because there were no updates on the Royal Mail tracking number, it had not even been received yet.

February 16 2023 – I contacted them as there were still no updates, I voiced my displeasure and advised that I needed the items for February 23 which is why I ordered 4 months prior.

February 17 2023 – I contacted them as I had heard nothing.

February 18 2023 – Zorenko advised that my items would be delivered on Wednesday 22 February – despite there still being no updates on the Royal Mail tracking website.

February 23 2023 – I contacted them as there had been no parcel delivered and still no updates on the Roya Mail tracking website which still stated that no parcel had been received.

February 24 2023 – Zorenko advised “Royal Mail have received your parcel. You can trak it on their website or via their app. The updates do appear late since their cyber attack but it is definitely in transit.” I advised that I was tracking on the Royal Mail website and it stated that there were no updates and the parcel had not been received.

I asked for photo proof of the Post Office receipt of goods only to be sent a pic of the transaction receipt on January 31. I again asked for a lodgement receipt from the post office only to be told that they collect from their studio.

February 24 2023 – Royal Mail tracking now states “Thursday 23 February 2023 17:52 – Accepted at Post Office.”

I open a Paypal dispute.

February 28 – aftger nothing from the seller on Etsy or on Paypal, I open a bank transaction dispute.

March 1 2023 – Zorenko contacts me to advise that the parcel has now moved to Northampton Peak Parcel Hub. My reply –

“You physically took the parcel to the post office the day before I needed to wear it almost a month after you paid for the shipping, and almost a month after you advised that you had taken it to the post office. If you had posted it then, it would have arrived in plenty of time. You even lied and told me that it was coming on the Wednesday when you hadn't even taken it to the post office yet. The original delivery date for this was 28 December. The event for which it was required has passed. I had to go to the expense of purchasing a whole new outfit. I also have not missed that fact that it is now too late for me to start proceedings with Etsy or to leave you feedback as it is over, OVER, 120 days since I paid you for this order. I have started a PayPal case and a transaction dispute with my bank. Your services(?) and product are no longer required and will not be accepted. You have passed the acceptable delivery date for these products. If you can recall the parcel with Royal Mail, I would suggest that you do so. I wish a full refund. If this was the first time this had happened with you and your business, it might not be so bad but this is my 3rd order with you and they have all gone the same way, I also note from your feedback that this is a regular occurrence and the norm with you, perhaps you should change the timing on your listings so as to not give people the false hope that ordering 4 months ahead, twice the time stated now, is actually enough time. Your business practices are questionable and on par with the infamous and now defunct Latex Catfish. I have, in the past, recommended your business, it is why Heidi shops with you, along with several others. I cannot, in all conscience continue to do this and will be advising all who ask me about latex designers of my experiences with you of lengthy delays and the deceptive practices in which you engage.”

I received - “Dear Customer, Thank you for your inquiry. Our studio is closed at the moment. We will respond to your inquiry next working day 11-7pm. Regards

This place is a total scam

This place is a total scam. Placed an order for about 500$ worth of stuff. Checked in after the stated wait time for tracking info. Was put off again talking about supply delays from raw material suppliers. Checked in again after the stated period, no response. Emailed again, no response. Never received any item or tracking info. Out 500 dollars. Avoid at all costs

Zorenko London is a total scam!

I can only confirm the bad experiences that are described here! Complete fraud and simply disrespectful.

Zorenko London used a trick on Etsy to scam me out of 464 Euros. The seller is still active on Etsy and can continue to scam online businesses with this tactic.
Customers are stalled over the 100 day period in which Etsy can get the money back from a seller. Thus, the money is gone and the goods are not delivered.

I ordered a dress, received ist and it doesn't fits. So I send it back and paid again 75 Pounds. I never got it back. Lost my money, and can't reach anyone at Zorenko. here I read that I'm not the only one who has happened. A cheek that such stores may continue to sell.

Update:
after six months Zorenko did not contact me and I filed a complaint and Zorenko has to pay back the money almost completely, the goods have been shipped to me. No word of apology, only stupid comments on Etsy.
I have long resigned from the purchase I made a year ago! The only reason that Zorenko shipped the good to me is that they had to give me my money back via Klarna and Paypal.

after all: don't buy anything here!

Horrific experience. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a lovely-looking top back in June/July for myself. Waited for over 2 months for the top to arrive, it arrived and wasn't true to size/fit badly. I requested a refund. Instead was offered a replacement, which I was very happy about. Sent original item back.

Now, over 5 months since original order, they have been ignoring my emails and messsages for over a month, have not refunded me or sent a replacement item. An absolutely scam. Would not recommend shopping here to anyone. Terrible experience.

Ordered a skirt for wife and told me not bespoke so far so good asked when I would receive couldn't answer as go on holiday in a few weeks and wanted for then but to get it earlier they could post if for extra near 60 pound and remember it's not bespoke its off the shelf.
Only to be told its to cover overtime all I can say is wouldn't mind the overtime myself at 60quid for picking off a shelf and wrapping and posting easy money at my expense warning public just ask her a few questions before purchasing as I wouldn't touch them don't trust them theives 60 quid real dear to post a off the shelf product avoid avoid avoid.

All our items are made to order and not off a shelf. As we offer a wide variety of colours and colour combinations these simply can not be pre stocked because there’s over 7,000 of colour combos.
We explain our Terms and conditions on the website. The processing time is clearly stated on the listing and in delivery information. You also have to click that you agree and understand these terms prior to check out. Which you did. Most of latex companies have same policy regarding processing time.
You added our deadline date after placing the order.
We are happy to accommodate rush orders during less busier times but as this is the most busiest time of the year we can not. And in these instances offer Express service on overtime staff hours. This is a separate service we offer. You can choose to have it or not.

Since you were unsatisfied with the desired outcome by us not putting your order ahead of others we have provided a full refund that very same hour.
