Please stay away from these people, They are never gonna deliver the project but charge you full money.

Their main focus is only to get money from you.

I have given them the project based on their performance which was good with SMO. Then I have given them to update my website. Where they have to remove my paperwork along with updating with new design of website. So just copying my entire website with fresh looks. I am really disappointed in them. Even small job like this can take 4.5 months and still counting. Nobody looks serious for delivery. New timeline over new timeline. 3 designer changes and everyone has no idea what other designer had done so far. Account Manger introduced new persons all the time. This company had no plan to give you refund. Unprofessional, dishonest, miscommunication and mostly when deadline comes in- No communication. No call pickups. No decency to call back. Still waiting for refund.

The most trusted scammers in the market don't trust them they take the money and doesn't provide the services. The owner of the company zaffer have many criminal records due to this scam things for which he have changed the business name from Zoom web media to code design club.. he runs illegal scam centre in his premises.

Never again will use this company -
1 they charged me for 3 years but in 10 months I get call from them stating my term is up. Upon confirming its 3 years hosting .they simply got the site down and just found out this morning
2. Cannot send emails to google gmail as this company hosting is not recognized
3. They charge money twice when you pay via link stating it’s an error and will ask to keep that credit for marketing
4. The account managers keep switching and no one answers you
5. I’m filing a case against this company

During the past two months we have worked closely with our account manager, with the level of contact eventually escalating into direct communication with the website designer himself . During the developmental stages of the site we had many questions and made many changes to the concept, but were always treated with understanding, respect and consideration. This on-going contact, the professionalism, and the opportunity to interact with the designer were very much appreciated. We highly recommend that you consider Zoom Web Media.

We posted a SEO Job offer on Peopleperhour in June 2020 and were approached by a guy named KABIR KHAN via Whatsapp who was very persistent and finally got our attention. We asked him to do the transactions through Peopleperhour as we didn't feel comfortable otherwise and he gave us a profile with a different name, AKRAM SIDDIQUIE, stating it was his collegue's. Long story short, he disappeared after taking our money. We had to assign the job to another person. After more than a month, he got in touch and very apologetically stated he had been very unwell. We didn't want to loose our money, so we asked him to carry out the most simple cosmetic work, one of those tasks a developer performs in one or two days. He gave me an email address intechnologywebsite at gmail.com and said he would do it. Meanwhile he kept trying to sell us the expensive services of another company I don't remember the name of, to replace Shopify. Since then he kept disappearing and reappearing to say the job would be done, introducing us to another guy called UMAIR JAWAID who was meant to do the job and turned out to be the same sort of person. Last reply on 23rd of March then complete silence. I emailed Zoomwebmedia from the website, hoping they could help or that at least they said someone unauthorised used their name. Nothing. I emailed the company that his alleged colleague uses as portfolio on Peopleperhour but same story.
I'm regretting to have trusted this people and I surely have learnt to be a bit smarter when hiring online, but it is outrageous that this people get away with it and there is something you can't do against them. I'm surprised Peopleperhour doesn't report scammers to the competent authorities. I wouldn't care about getting my money back If I knew this people are banned from making business and nobody else is deceived into paying for a service they will never get. But knowing they're still around, cheating people, is very frustrating.

They just want your money, they are bloody thieves, they promise and promise. you in the beginning until they convince you, they take your money and never hear from them ever again. Don't fall for it.

Hi everyone, My advice is NEVER work with this company, they are scammers!
They cold called me. I paid $7500 for 2 websites to be built, hosting/domain, SEO and social media. During the production of first website it became very clear that it was not working out the way it should so I decided they weren't doing the second website, (which no work had taken place at this point on the second site) I asked for a refund of the $4400 I had paid for website and domain/hosting, I received an email from supposedly the manager stating a full refund would be given by way of instalments over a 3 month period, I have not received 1 cent from them. I have emailed multiple times requesting my money and asking what was happening with the refund but they just don't respond. The first website is still not working properly over a year down the line and each time I ask for the repairs to be done they say it will but they don't do anything, I get told they will call me at a particular time and day but they don't, when I call them I am on hold for hours waiting for someone to answer and then if they do they fob you off. As I have not had any joy getting the issues on my website resolved I decided I couldn't wait any longer and today I got a local person to take a look and sort the problems for me, he was astounded by what he saw, the problem is much bigger than initially thought, he also told me the SEO I have paid for, was and has not been done and he showed me, there is no SEO on my website at all so the reports they have sent are just google search SEO reports and then sent me those, I have paid $1000 for SEO and effectively received nothing. I am extremely annoyed that a business can do this and basically get away with it as they have no physical address so you can't bang on their door for a resolution, I am now left with engaging lawyers and trying to recover my money thats rightfully mine not theirs.
My advice to anyone considering working with Zoom Web Media is DON'T you will regret it and you will only need to respend the money to repair or replace your website, all the while it being deterimental to your business as now I can't do any marketing on my website until the issues are fixed, meaning the cost goes way beyond my inital investment in the website.
Always stay local people where you can physically go to their address should you need to.

They have charged me without my authorization.I told one of their staff that I no longer work for the business and they still charged my credit card for some google service which was not at all discussed with me. A big scam. If you take their service make sure you don't give them your credit card details. They may charge you anything without your consent to meet their monthly or quarterly targets. Very bad company to deal with. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Just to show what sort of company you are dealing with.

When I call them the first time it was fine, then I call again because they did not contact me, they block my mobile number.

I try to contact the same number with my friend's phone. The call went through.

Disappointing that they do not even want to sort out the problem.

If I could give a negative rating I would. They took money from my credit card without authority and even the work that was approved, has never been done. In total, they took about $3,000 and I do not have a single thing to show for it.
They always Call from numbers that are displayed as a local number even though they are calling from India. There is no way to contact them. I did end up getting the cell number of one of the people who work there, but it appears he then changed his number because I get a message the number is no longer active.
