This network is very rubbish, I have complained to the company and they have not given any reply. It would be better if you break the SIM of this network because I will get angry after getting a package on the SIM. 50kb speed is not good۔I have reviewed this review and it has taken 40 or 45 minutes and I see that it is 4G but in my room it is 2G or 3G.

stupid service --- you are being scammed of your own money the-- they give you a package for 500 showing you lots of mins and net and everything u think its a good deal but where the scam comes is when you are actually using it calling is fine even though network is still shits takes time actually make a call --- but internet is nowhere to be found-- full network internet doesn work-got a new sim card thinking maybe old one got scratches but same stupid prblem you keep paying for internet but 4g connectivity is actually shit

The worst network of the worst generation, no matter where you go, it doesn't work, nor does the game PUBG work. Rather, it is an insult to VPN to connect to this network. People are wasting money on package better to get jazz or any other sim. Please fire up your network system because it can never be fixed

My experience using zong is so frustrating.I live in a city and i am not able to connect to 4G service. Whenever i try to use the internet the speed is so bad that it made me appericiate how good PTCL is compared to the zong. The reception is so bad it doesn't matter where i go i am unable to connect to 4g consistently. I have wasted my money subscribing the internet package. i will not be using the zong in future.

I'm a new customer as well and after placing my order I have never received a response from this company. Its just went off. They have accepted my payment, however, i never received any correspondence or any updates of the item. No reply to my emails. its a scam don't order from them. I will be pursuing action for my money.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Zong’s customer care team. I recently encountered an issue and reached out for assistance, but the experience was frustrating and unhelpful.

The representatives I spoke with lacked professionalism and seemed uninterested in resolving my concerns. Despite explaining my problem multiple times, I was either given vague responses or my queries were outright dismissed. It felt as though their primary goal was to end the call as quickly as possible rather than actually helping customers.

To make matters worse, follow-ups were nonexistent. Even after raising a complaint, I did not receive any updates or resolution. The lack of accountability and poor communication is unacceptable, especially for a service provider that claims to value its customers.

Zong seriously needs to improve its customer care services, train its staff better, and prioritize customer satisfaction. I hope they take feedback like this seriously and make the necessary changes, as this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

Very very very bad , worst signal ever

I’ve been thoroughly disappointed with Zong’s service lately. The internet speed is extremely unreliable, often dropping during important tasks. Their customer service is equally frustrating – it’s nearly impossible to get through to a representative, and even when you do, the issue remains unresolved. On top of that, their packages are overpriced considering the subpar quality of service.

Soory unfortunately I am giving them one start they don't deserve this stars due to there wrost service i don't recomend anyone to use zong. They don't work on there network issue slow speed.Finaly after 6 years bye bye zong.

Zong service in load shedding area is worse....it totally off when wapda off .... although complaint couple a time but no solution and no discount with such bad service....all other providers have alternative power arrangement

Worst service and internet provider. Network keeps refreshing and turns off. My router is showing "device offline". When contacting them they charge you a fee to speak to them. And if you can not connect you have to message through facebook messenger. I am paying the full package which is the highest amount and yet the internet service is dreadful. Do not register or purchase zong products !

I am really thankful for zong for atleast giving internet service in Gilgit baltistan where the other giant network has been kinda dictator and devouring the industry and giving pathetic service internet is slow yet the zong can prosper if it really tries to make service faster soon they'll see more customer conversion if they give out fast service.
