Zonal customer service and support is DREADFUL

Zonal service and support is hopeless. If you are looking for a reliable POS system with good customer support then Zonal is not the place to look. There are many excellent POS suppliers in the market but Zonal is most definitely not one of them. If you are foolish enough to buy hardware or systems from them you will find that once they have your money their post sale support is absolutely dreadful. This appears to be a common experience - check the feedback from other reviewers.

Absolute Shambles!!

Absolute Shambles!!

System was sold as a seamless migration from our old POS system. When in-fact the process has been anything but seamless!!
Support is none existent, no reply`s to emails, you can`t call account services only customer care (if you can all it that) I can not count the amount of emails and calls i have had to make asking for help with no response.
I am sat here writing this while waiting for a response to yet another issue...

Sadly this software proclaimed to be great. Onboarding was a shambles and at one stage I thought I was training the trainer, not her fault but she was so inexperienced.
Support is only available via email and more recently my account manager vanished having given no hand over, no one called me to notify me of the change either. The system is now useless to me as they cancelled the relationship for the card provider although I told HLS I wouldn’t be using it to process card payments. I’m so upset but just can’t afford to get out of the contract.
My complaints fall on deaf ears all the time. Shame as I had high hopes

Absolutely dreadful experience

Absolutely dreadful experience. The initial promise of seamless integration and on site technology sounds great. As an owner you want all that - but most of all you want access to data, remotely to monitor activity. The security layer that is put in is impressive - 2 factor authentication and then it becomes an absolute maze, rendering it useless. I have to rely on the bank to tell me what previous days sales were. I would say in a year of use, I have only successfully logged in 3-4 times despite many efforts. I really regret putting this system in.
