Beautiful product
Everything was fine, even though UPS just left the package in front of my door without ringing the bell and upside down as well..
The product itself is gorgeous and fits right into the place I planned.
However there were some scratches on the motive from production on the bottom plate and on the poles ad well but after putting everything together it is barely visible at least.
In general I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great quality! Some minor pins and bushings were missing but got delivered instantly! Amazing support super friendly and fast. Couldn't be happier about the product!

Excellent customer service
I must commend Gloria from customer service. Unfortunately due to an error with FedEx the globe was never delivered to me but Gloria was excellent at keeping me appraised as to developments with FedEx who eventually admitted their error and have refunded us the costs of the item.
I would like to praise Gloria for her excellent customer service and for keeping me informed throughout the process and although I never received the item that I ordered, I am very happy with the service that I was given

Missing parts impossible assembly
It's been a month, no development on the issue. They send you a product without it being checked and leave you to fend for yourself. A shame for this money.

Very nice product embedded with a lot of details like goldleaf, zodiac signs etc. Order processing is very good organized. This company is digitally advanced. Payment and delivery arranged within 72 hours (I ordered during weekend). Summarized Perfect product, perfect client handling. Only one small remark concerning the collection. I would have prefered a leather globe instead of quality carton. They do not offer it but I think for quality seekers this would be an irresistible option
