Fantastic products and equally impressive customer service from Julie.
I have 8/9 eye pencils and they are brilliant as is the lip pout pencil amongst other purchases I’ve made.
I had previously bought VB ones and these are WAY better in my humble opinion.
ZOEVA’s delivery service is also really quick.
I can’t fault anything. I’ll be back for more for sure.

This time there was a problem concerning the pick-up point. Mondial Relay sent me to Zoeva, Zoeva sent me to Mondial Relay.
The original pick-up point not far from my home, was replaced by one chosen by you, far from my place.

Beautiful Lipstick
The lipsticks are beautiful they stay on most of the day and come in some really lovely colours. The postage and delivery is exceptional and always arrives either on time or a bit before. I’m always asked what lipstick I’m wearing too which is a compliment. I would recommend Zoeva every time.

Great customer service
I love Zoeva products and have been using their eyeliners and lip pencils for some time. Recently a new pencil broke, never happened before. Contacted the company and their customer service could not have been better. Prompt replacement within days. I love the product so good it’s backed up with excellent customer service too!

bought six eyeliners and received a lovely bag, pouch and sharpener with them. The quality of the pencils was very impressive, just as advertised. Lovely, vibrant colours and a beautiful shimmer, they stay on well (they don’t smudge or leave smudges like the other expensive brands do!) and, best of all, they’re animaltest-free and vegan!
