I am getting the runaround that my autodeposit is not activated when it has been since I opened my bank account over 8 months ago, so I dont think ill be getting my 500$ , please do yourselves a favor and deposit elsewhere.

The customer service/automated reps are just pathetic, in order to talk to a person I have to be diamond status and ask for a bonus. Withdrawal times and verification are out of this world long. They say 2-3 days but I'm 5 days waiting on mine before I just put it back. Awful promotions if any and no real incentive to stay here, find a better casino this one will take your money till you have none, then take more. You're better off setting your money on fire. Oh and don't try to withdraw, the automated service will reject 98% of whatever you submit. Absolutely the worst casino on the planet

After not being able to get any more wins, they locked my account. I was unable to redeem VIP points. Their bot says this:
I have checked your Casino Rewards account and I can see that a temporary suspension has been implemented.
The VIP points will be there waiting for you as soon as point redemption has been reactivated for your account. All you need to do is continue to demonstrate your intention to play, deposit and place bets at the casino with your funds until you are able to redeem points again.
As if I'm not redeeming to play and spend money. I'm shocked.

They stole my 10.00 deposit for a 100% match bonus and no one will help me or even look into it. Very very unprofessional and I would highly NOT recommend this site. I wish I could give 0 stars...

They stole a 126.00 put it through on my card and took it back out of my winnings that pissed me off so I tried to withdraw 235.00 dollars what was left denied me so played and Los 120 dollars tried to withdraw again denied me so played for an hour and lost everything such a scam still waiting on withdrawal I made 4 business days ago that is supposed to take 48 hours still waiting bunch of crap and try to get ahold of someone at help center good luck tried for 2 days no luck Bunch of scammers should be locked up and put in jail scammers
