Annoyed

I love your products they really work. I started the subscription 5 weeks ago and have received no products yet. I'm feeling very annoyed. No communication from the company

Poor support

Zinio was a great platform until it isn’t. I’ve been receiving a magazine for several years until recently. For no reason at all, the subscription quit showing up and have been unable to get it even though I’m paid for another year. All they’ve done is stall and blame the magazine for the problems. No resolution in sight.

Did not receive purchased Sports Illustrated

I placed an order for the Sports Illustrated Football Preview 2024 issue. My purchase was made on August 26, 2024. Today is October 24, 2024. The magazine has not shown up in my mail. I want a refund of $10.80, the purchase price that I paid. Please credit my bank account.

I had a problem with a magazine publisher. The stopped publishing their magazine and Zinio.com got me a refund right away. Zinio.com is also a great place to subscribe to your favorite magazine. You can look at current and past issues in your account library.

Good Customer Service

My problem was resolved quickly by the customer service team of Zinio as soon as I emailed them. They even caught up with me to check if everything was ok. I highly recommend this magazine-based platform to anyone who is looking for a site that offers a wide range of magazines and professional customer service.
