More than a bit late with the delivery
I phoned in the order as I'm not too great with computers. I explained that the bouquet was for an old friend's 100th birthday and that she was in a care home. then, on the day the flowers were being delivered, I received an e-mail telling me that they would be delivered between 18:42 and 19:42. God save anyone sending a Valentine's bouquet, your loved one will think you've forgotten.

I hope your team pay more attention to customers' order sdetails than you have to my review. firstly, as stated above, I didn't visit the website and was not told of potentially useless delivery times. Secondly, as stated above, the window for delivery was between 6:42pm and 7:42pm, well outside your 7pmdeadline.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with the delivery for your friends flowers. As advertised on our website, the delivery times are between 8am-7pm and it depends on the delivery driver's route on the day as we use a third party courier to deliver our flowers.

Delivery was late and wet.
Delivery was a day late and not put through letterbox. Box was left on path so was soaked by rain.

I can see from the delivery photo that they were left on the doorstep, the courier would have done this if he thought that the box or flowers would have been damaged by posting them through the letterbox. Poor quality - wilted and headless
I received flowers as a kind sympathy gesture from a friend. They are crushed, wilted, heads not attached and really poor quality, I've binned them. I don't want to upset my friend by telling her, I do want to warn others!!!
