Great service rubbish advert

The process was easy and the delivery is perfect. ONE NOT GET RID OF THE GUY DOING YOUR ADVERT IS RUBBISH AND HIS DELIVERY OF THE WORDS IS TERRIBLE

I ordered 2 separate plants with free…

I ordered 2 separate plants with free card. The first one came without a card. So didn't know it was from me. The second plant was damaged so the £8 delivery I think it was was not worth it.

AWFUL

AWFUL. Their delivery man left the flowers hidden not even directly outside the house and we found them days later wilted. When we contacted customer help they said it was OUR fault for not clicking various links to locate an image of the where the flowers were left even though there were NO clear instructions on doing this. They also said it was OUR fault for not getting in touch sooner to ask. They were so rude and will not be wasting my money here again.

We are sorry to read about your poor experience, it is certainly not what we want for our customers.
Our courier, DPD, usually sends an email in the morning with an estimated time of delivery to the sender, or if they provide the recipient's number, they will get a text as well to inform them something is being delivered. If you are not home at that time, you can specify where to leave the flowers, if no instructions are provided, the driver leaves it in a safe place and emails the image to the email address provided so you can see where the flowers have been delivered once you get the delivery confirmation email.
I am sorry if you found the flowers late but we keep the sender and the recipient updated on all steps of delivery.

Even though there seemed to be less choice than usual, everything on offer was lovely .

Impressed

Bought flowers for my mother in law. They were delivered on the requested day, and left in a safe place as she wasn't at home when they arrived. I've not seen them, but she was over the moon with them. Said they are beautiful. Thank you

Poor quality flowers delivered after…

Poor quality flowers delivered after 1700hrs my mum sent me photos of the flowers to show her disappointment …

Perfect!

Ordering was straightforward. Tracking the delivery was great through ‘Shop’ and the delivery was as expected, and in good condition. This is my third or fourth order with Zing and every time it’s been perfect! Thank you!!

The flowers and card were delivered to…

The flowers and card were delivered to the wrong address and whilst I was told I could rearrange at their cost the link is not working. Difficult to try and contact any customer support

Very easy to order online

Very easy to order online. Flowers came during the time slot I was given. Lovely healthy flowers that my mum loved. One star taken off because the delivery person didn’t even ring the bell or knock on the door - my mum only knew the flowers had arrived because I received a email to say they had been delivered.

Ordering and flowers were great

Ordering and flowers were great. However delivery was terrible! The flowers were left in the box on its side at the end of my mums long farm drive, I received an email saying they had been delivered at 22:37 on Saturday night - it rained all Saturday night/Sunday morning and I had to phone my mum early Sunday morning to ‘rescue’ the flowers 😢

Delivery went well, Product was disappointing…

Delivery went very well with the flowers being delivered on time and I was well notified. However the product was disappointing considering the occasion being Mother's Day !! The actual product was nothing like the website image, you always expect differances but these were just disappointing....A supermarket bunch would have been better.
