When you order they say next day delivery. 5 days still not delivered. Left a message on their answer phone and never returned my call.
When I phoned up they didn't care about the delivery and then said they where to busy to returned my call. Ask them to cancel my order and refund my £300 they hung up

Had error E2 come up on my heater only ever used premium paraffin . They say that this paraffin is not suitable it’s premium paraffin but they say not suitable for a paraffin heater they want you to buy a paraffin off them at 3x the price avoid them they are con men . AVOID AVOID AVOID THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTY . These heaters are made in china where they use dirty kerosene

Had a warranty on my Zibro parra fin heater. The igniter did not work. The Company picked up the heater and had it for several weeks. I was told it was fixed and they returned the heater. The box looked like it had not been opened. When I did open it, it still looked the same, my wrapping had not been undone. I tested the item and it was not fixed. When I phoned to complain and said that it was not even opened, I was told that there is a repair video for every repair. When I asked the advisor to look at the video I was then advised she would do that and phone back within the hour. I did not receive a phone call. What a terrible Company this is. They lie to customers and think that is ok. I will write this off to experience.

Don't order anything from this company unless you are prepared to wait weeks and weeks for it.Their website promises twenty four hour delivery, more like 24 days if you are lucky.If your goods are not in stock your order is placed on hold.No one tells you why.Try ringing customer service,another joke,they won't take any order details just try to tell you your order is subject to a supply delay of X weeks.Wait ,and wait, you will hear nothing.he "Track your order" option is a joke I put my email address in and it told me I didn't exist.They will offer you a refund and you will get it.Just go to Amazon you will get the same goods in half the time without all the hassle!.Moreover,It was suggested that information about order delays was available on their website.If you view the website on any mobile device I defy you to find it!.
