This company is very bad, if someone sends you a package through them, immediately ask for a refund, they mark the package as delivered and there is no trace of it. It is a pure scam and ALIEXPRESS supports it, they ask for impossible papers for a refund, and then they delete the seller from their site. Overall, a very bad company...
I placed an order on the website and the tracking number was changed and it arrived in 15 business days and I found it very strange despite having a number.
I sent an email to the company and they still haven't responded. I also sent an email to the seller and they do this.
It says it arrived to me on the 21st and it was delivered and I didn't receive it.

Scammers are using this delivery company. You buy from Aliexpress and then receive a tracking number that you can follow on 17track.
17track is a legit tracking website however the delivery company that creates the fake tracking number is not. They put whatever they want in the stages of the delivery so it seems legit.
I complained about the delivery and then the very next next day it says cleared from import customs and now in my hometown for delivery. It NEVER happens a jump from Paris to my city cause they have to distribute the parcel to the main city around mine so they deliver it.
It's been 3 days out for delivery in my city and it's the first time that apparently they don't know where my street is.
