Using Zeux for a seemingly straightforward money transfer turned into an unexpected nightmare. Initially, I was impressed by their platform’s user-friendly interface and their promise of quick and secure transactions. However, shortly after completing a transfer, I was entangled in a complex web of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks. The process was not only invasive, but also lacked transparency and communication from Zeux's side. My funds were frozen for an extended period, causing significant inconvenience and stress.
