Avoid This Place For Birthday Parties

Awful service for a child's birthday party.

If you are considering to invest in Zero Latency Pavillions for your child's birthday party, guaranteed your money would be better spent elsewhere.

From absent staff, failing equipment and poor seating service, I could not have been more disappointed in this place. Despite of the fun marketing, the experience is a complete rip off, with 350 EUR covering for just the access to the facility and another 100 on Domino pizzas, which they do order at the reception for you. The children were not explained the games, they got their instructions via a fast video, there was no coordination and their games were constantly delayed, only to be rushed out towards the end. We were held at the door for about 20 minutes as our party coordinator had not yet arrived into the premises. This was 12 pm! Their frantic stacking of parties with only one room available for children seating is ridiculous. The space was barely cleaned when we finally were seated and I was left on my own with 12 children to serve, refill and handle toilet runs! My child had no big birthday moment as we were told our time is up by the time he candles were lit and I was again left on my own to clean up the room, take the children from and to the room and make sure they are safely picked up by their parents. They did not refill the water tank despite the children being visibly parched! There were two opened, half drank bottles of juice, probably left there by the previous party group. There were 3 fellas in the reception and none thought of helping despite of me asking if someone could take away the pizza boxes out if my hands, while also carrying bags, presents, jackets and frantically making sure the children got out to their parents safely. At one point we have asked one of the girls in the reception to help locate a child's jacket and she told me to "give it another try" and look for it in the room where the children were eating (?!). Some of their staff was in the main room playing games while all this unfolded.

Appalling service, please avoid.

VR is the future of gaming

Just returned from Zero Latency in Sandyford, Dublin and all I can say is WOW. Despite having a bit of a nightmare with the booking, we eventually had an amazing experience as a family group on the day. Adam who was our in-house guide was amazing from start to finish and I can highly recommend the place for a surreal experience. VR is definitely going to be the future of gaming. Big Love 💞

A difference experience for sure.

We went to their site at Wembley. It was a fairly fun experience. Its pretty much VR, but you get to move around wearing a backpack. The weapons are quite accurate, as was the movement and border detection. However it's not something you'd want to do mixed with other groups, so before booking make sure that they confirm you won't be even if you're just 1-4 people, as the mentality of every group is different. We were lucky enough to have our own session for our small group, however I have heard different from others. For the price and what you get, we'd say it was worth it, even if you have never played VR before, it's really easy to get into.

They didn't let us play the second game…

They didn't let us play the second game because they had overbooked or didn't manage the time correctly. Refused to refund for the difference of the game too. Bit of a ripoff considering we paid €255 and didn't even get to play the games we paid for and no refund or credit offered.
