Awful company
Awful company, have since heard what a bad reputation it has within the industry.
They tie you into fake contracts and scare you into staying with them by charging fake fees. Amounting to 5K in my case. I didn't pay, I left and it was good riddance.
This company has to write fake positive reviews about themselves to keep their rating up. Funny how all the fake reviews mention employees names. About time they closed down to save us all grief.
We have a fault on our machine and I…
We have a fault on our machine and I have rung 3 times this morning. Each time it was promised that an engineer would ring me back. I am still waiting. Ask yourself is this the kind of after sales service you want - especially with a photocopier!
Great company to work with

Highly recommend to any business.
I have dealt with Zerographics for…
I have dealt with Zerographics for several years now. Andy Rabone has always managed our account as well as supplying our new Xerox machines. He responds promptly and is a genius at solving issues. Zerographics as a firm are very reliable and trustworthy, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
Cracking Service
Excellent customer services from Zerographic. Charlie Kirkham in particular was a pleasure to speak to.
Beware - recommend you look elsewhere and avoid this company
If I was writing this at the beginning of the contract, it would have been fairly positive. They were courteous and responsive for a sign up. Of course they were, it was a lucrative contract!
The minute things go wrong though, you are on your own and there is no support or help whatsoever. The amount of hassle and work involved in dealing with/chasing this company is stressful, frustrating and time consuming.
The machine we had cost us £35k+ over the lease period and as such we had finance attached to it, so we also took out maintenance/parts contract with zerographics for protection.
Unfortunately the reliability of the machine was lacking, the quality was always poor and it regularly broke down and eventually it died...they were looking for a replacement until we were clear with the company that we wouldn't be looking to renew after the term ended, which was a year away at that point. [Oh and be aware you have to still give 6 months notice of termination - the contract end date doesn't mean anything either - it's in the small print too].
At the point we gave notice and could not be pursuaded to take out another contract, Zerographics stopped looking for a replacement machine. They simply pulled out of the maintenance contract, so we had to pay the several thousand outstanding finance in the last year for a machine that was completely unusable. Can you imagine that? It really tells you what this company is all about!
Be absolutely clear they don't have to honour their part of the agreements, you don't get compensation when this happens (they have heavily weighted T&C's in their favour), but you still have to honour your end of the contract of course.
Whatever they verbally agree with you to get you to sign up is meaningless. If you do decide to go with this company make sure you get everything they agree verbally in writing on the contract itself, and read it all, read the very small print very very carefully. You are tied in and over a barrel after that.
We had hoped at the very least, they would do the right thing and collect the machine early when it became defunct, if only to save us the cost of storing it for a year (whilst still paying the o/s finance), but unsurprisingly they were not responsive.
Our contract thankfully formally ends in a few weeks. They want to charge hundreds to take away the broken machine - of course they do!
There are much better and cost effective companies out there so please explore the market fully and really think twice about giving this company your business.
Unfortunately the many negative reviews resound with our experience completely.
Great service from the friendly team at Zerographic.
We have been working with Zerographic for over 6 years now. Recently I logged a fault with a troublesome printer. The fault was logged mid morning. After a few over the phone suggested fixes, an engineer was booked. 3 hours later, the engineer left having replaced the faulty part.
Great service from the friendly team at Zerographic.
Thanks Phil and Rachel for going the extra mile!
I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company, as when it comes to the termination of the contract they try to bully you into renewing by threatening to charge thousands of pounds to get out of the contract.
There is a 6 month termination period for which the machine was taken off our premises so I could not use it but was then charged a usage fee? How is this possible?
When it came to terminating (I stood my ground and said I would wait till the end of the contract- with the 6 month period) they then told me my contract had been renewed with xerox.
I was very unhappy and eventually managed to get out of this, I was promised a 3 month refund by the rep who took my printer away, only to be refused this by their accounts department.
Most of the time when the printer broke whilst it was in contract I was sent parts to replace myself, this is a small office, there are no other printers/scanners so this was unhelpful having to wait around for parts to arrive and figure out how to install them.
All in all don't bother.
Please don’t use this company
Please don’t use this company. They provide none of the promised service, their staff are beyond rude and I am currently in the process of having them investigated by Trading Standards for numerous breaches of contract. Go elsewhere.
They provide us with excellent support…
