I’ve ordered multiple times and almost every time I received damaged, poor-quality, or completely unusable products. It feels like they have zero quality checks in place. What’s worse is the refund process – it's slow, frustrating, and often leads to nothing. You keep contacting them, and they either ignore you or give generic replies without actually solving the issue.
This isn’t just a one-time problem. It’s a pattern, and I truly regret trusting them again and again. No customer deserves to go through this kind of experience.
I'm writing this review to warn others – please don’t waste your money or time. Look elsewhere for reliable service and better customer support.

I ordered milk from Zepto around 2 AM, and right after receiving it, I started making tea. To my shock, the milk curdled immediately — it was completely spoiled! This is not the first time either.
Honestly, there’s barely a day when I don’t have to complain about expired or stale products — whether it’s spoiled milk, rotten vegetables, or expired groceries. How is this even acceptable?
Zepto seriously needs to improve its quality control. Fast delivery means nothing if you're delivering things that belong in the trash. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service to anyone until they fix this.
Misleading Offers & Terrible Customer Support
Zepto **is a master at deceptive promotions and ignoring customers**! If you’re considering using their service, **beware of their shady tactics**—because once they trap you in a misleading offer, **they’ll refuse to fix their mistake**.
🔴 **False Advertising** – Zepto launched a **Supersaver offer**, promising high-value rewards after five orders. **Midway through the promo, they changed the gifts without notice**, leaving customers stuck with unnecessary orders they wouldn’t have placed otherwise.
🔴 **Customer Support is Useless** – I’ve sent **over 10 emails** requesting a refund because Zepto’s **bait-and-switch tactics** made the original offer invalid. Instead of resolving my issue, **they keep copy-pasting robotic responses**, pretending to care but doing absolutely nothing.
🔴 **Fake Call Excuse** – They claimed they “tried calling me” at **7:26 AM**, despite saying their calling window is **9 AM to 9 PM**. Clearly, they never intended to actually talk—just another excuse to dodge responsibility.
🔴 **Zero Refund Policy** – Even though they **changed the terms midway**, they **refuse to refund the orders placed before the switch**. If an offer is misleading and changed unfairly, shouldn’t customers get their money back?
⚠️ **Final Verdict: Do NOT trust Zepto’s promotions unless you enjoy being scammed!** Their support team will **ignore your complaints**, and you’ll be stuck with orders based on fake promises. If you’ve been cheated by them, **report your issue to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) or NCDRC**—because Zepto will never own up to their deceptive practices!
